Worst experience EVER!!! I got there about 8:15am and was taken in right away. However, the woman who was helping me was rude and condescending. I was there for a pre-employment urine test which is standard for most companies. I was treated like a second class citizen and spoken down to as if I were 5 years old and had done something wrong. Never is my professional career was I treated with such disrespect and rudeness. They have no compassion and talk to you as if youre on an assembly line with only a number as an ID. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! w

Ive been coming to this location for several years. And now unfortunately several times a month. I have always been treated very well. The staff are comforting,professional and very kind and personable. Ive been to 3 or 4 other Quest Diagnostics in the area and actually drive a little further just to come to this one so I can be cared for by these ladies. Very very happy.

absolutely the worst lab experience ever. filthy, dirty place. I waited for 30 minutes, then they turned the closed sign on while I was in the waiting room, when I asked, 20 minutes more, when I could expect to get in, they responded "after their lunch break" DO NOT GO HERE. I will pay more not to deal with these angry, disrespectful women.

The staff is rude, slow, and Made me go fix their communication mistake. Took others before me even after they new I had gotten the number they needed. Been here a few times because my doctor is next door. Always a wait, even with an empty lobby. Wouldnt be so bad if they could just be nice.

This place supposedly opens at 7:30. I arrive at 7:38 and am told they only start at 8:00. I have to wait. Their computer system is not on. Rude and condescending. Terrible customer service.

Was there for a drug test for my employment and was treated so badly. The lady made me feel like I was some drug addict and talked to me so rudely. Will never go here.
