This is a preliminary review reflecting low score due to the fact that they were closed on a Monday afternoon!!! Be aware when pulling into this business park that there is an extremely steep curb your vehicle will drive over. It will scrape part of your undercarriage as you can see by all the ruts left by people who did not drive slowly over it. When I pulled in I noticed a man standing in front of the door reading a notice after trying to open the doors. A woman who parked adjacent to me got out and walked towards the business only to turn around after the man told her they were closed which she acknowledged to me when I asked her. I highly recommend calling before you take the time to drive. I regret not getting out of my vehicle and taking a photo of the notice to publish here.

I called this quest diagnostics to make an appointment. I spoke to Lee-Ann and she was so rude and stuck up. I asked her a couple simple questions and she snapped at me ,for no reason and hung up on my face and lied about it. I didnt even want make a appointment after that.If the front staff was rude, imagine what will they do to you in the back. I will be sure to call Quest corperation to complaint on her ass. If anybody wants to file a complaint here is the main Corporation number 1-866-MYQUEST or to make it easy call and speak to a manager.

Parents, DO NOT take your babies here for any lab work. Take your babies to Cooks Children where there will be experienced staffs who work with babies all day and more familiar with their jobs. I learned the hard way and had to witness the needle moving around in my 2 month old girls arms (yes, both arms because they could not get any blood from the first arm) searching for her vein. We will definitely not coming back to this location.

Awesome place been going here for years and the staff are great. Started reading reviews so I read theirs and thought oh gosh has this place went down, since I hadnt been in a while, as I walk in the door. No still the same! Little girl got her blood drawn and not even a flinch she was a rave little girl ( which means the staff are very well trained ). I will continue to use this Lab. Oh yea and I was in and out in less than 20 min.

The worst lab place ever! Very slow doing simple lab draws. Not only did I wait in line for almost three hours the first time, but then I arrived before opening the second time only to discover they couldnt get the door open! That took another 20 minutes before another person arrived to unlock it. Ridiculous. Also, on my first visit I had to ice my arm because they roughly jabbed me through the vein to the other side.

Rude workers called insisting she left a message at my phone when she obviously had misdialed & left a message at someones elses number. Bruised arm hurt for 2 weeks with a large welt under the skin. This place USED to be great. Obviously pervious personnel have transferred to a different location. Wont be going here again.

Dont waste your time making an appointment. I scheduled an appointment for 10:00 am and still had to wait for all the walk-ins before I was seen. This doesnt actually speed up the process whatsoever despite all the advertisements in the facility that seem to indicate that its the best thing to do.

In and out only took 20 Mins. There was no line which helped as well. Place was clean and people were nice. If you smile chances are people will smile back.

Avoid this place if possible. Hands down the worst lab Ive ever been to. The staff ignores people and then acts like they dont have time for anyone.

This is the location I prefer to go to, and most of the time I go I can get an appointment, so It dont take take no time. Very friendly staff too.
