Lasting Imprint
Quest Diagnostics at the 29th St. has the worst customer service. The lab nurses working there are rude to the patients coming in to get their lab works done. Do not ask questions from them, because they do not know how to answer appropriately. I had to go there because of my doctors recommendation, but after only 2 visits I requested my doctor to change my lab. I am very tolerant when it comes to finding veins but the nurses at Quest just keep poking you without confirming that they can get blood from the vein. Very unprofessional lab technicians. I would definitely not recommend going to this lab if you have other options.

Needed labs done. Went to location on Murdock and was told by lady at reception, "You will have to go to the 29th Street location we only do labs on our patients," in stuck up tone of voice. I will have doctor send lab work to another company. Not how healthcare provider, should treat the paying customers, we do still have choices.

No problems at the center, but automated scheduling is the worst piece I have ever had to try to use. It is worthless.
