I am a new pet owner and I have so many questions about the care and health of my girls. I read and try to be informed before appointments so I can get my questions answered. The stuff is very helpful and kind, the organization provides decent costs for care but my dissatisfaction is with the quality of the care. My disappointment is with the lack of a through general check up. A general check for our 4legged family members should be a hands on check up. Not by eye sight. Gums need to be checked, teeth inspected, legs touched, stomach touched, a more hands on check up including at skin color, fur texture, fur feel, checking on how the surgeries for spaying heeled. None of these happen. I entrust my babies to a check up to keep up with disease prevention and prevention of added vet costs. I do more of these check ups at home for free. I have 2 Beautiful German Shepherds and it gets expensive caring for my two girls. As a Fur mommy I want a very hands on check up to see and get feedback on my girls health. I was not satisfied with simply looking at my girls ears, eyes and a quick 3 second touch on their stomachs..this was the vast of the check up. When I prove for gums and eye and paths etc., ...doctor told me oh she looks fine. This is not satisfactory to me. Kids or dogs deserve a through check up.

I have been a customer for over 10 years and paid thousands of dollars here for my pets care. My problems started when his new office staff took over (especially his office manager and receptionist). They are extremely rude and unprofessional, even in front of other customers. I have never been treated this way in a so called "professional" office. Dr. Ayres seems to have no say on what goes on in his office anymore and will not take a stand against their treatment of his paying customers. He seems to have checked out. At this point, I find his whole operation disgusting and uncouth. These people should not be working with the public!

I love love this vet. Its should have 10 stars. I had to take one of my fur baby here due to her hip the vet was so great he was very good st explaining what was the problem the next day he called me to ask about my baby I was shocked .. That there sold me then We had to have 2 of our fur babies put down & they were so caring , loving they went out there way for us . Libby is amazin love her . We now have a new fur baby & thats her place I will never go anywhere else . The prices are great too . U will not be disappointed goin here

Can I just say that if Dr.Ayres ever changed his practice and became a human Dr. instead, I would be his first patient. I just cant say enough about Dr.Ayres and his wonderful staff, they treat every patient with the utmost respect and urgency. I have used Dr.Ayres Venetian Pet Hospital and services for 9 year, I feel extremely lucky to have found such a fantastic vet for my pets. I feel that I am treated fairly, honestly, that Dr.Ayres is just really a truly genuine, kind hearted, and awesome man.

So I like this vet for a few reason. First of all the vet does not try to charge your 10000 tests your pet does not need. He is actually conscious of what you are spending and your pets needs. Also they dont act like bringing in a rabbit is a super exotic pet. I never wait too long in the waiting room. They neutered one of my rabbits and treated another one for an infection with no problems

I have 2 cats that have been treated at Venetian Pet Hospital. The staff and Veterinarian handled my pets in a gentle and compassionate manner. The cats problems were diagnosed properly each time, and the medications provided have been successful in quickly curing their ailments. The facility is clean and pleasant. I highly recommend this Veterinarian.

This front staff is still amazing juggling so many people and tasks they really are the best in town. _________________________________________ Weve taken countless reptiles here and both the service and price are unbeatable. We love the staff and they always seem to fit us in with emergencies.

Right off the back, rude customer service. I wasnt even here 15 seconds. Some of the women here need to work on their tone because they came off very rude and aggressive as if they are having a bad day. I came in only for my puppy to get her nails trimmed, I guess they did fine..

Dr. Ayres and staff are Great!. Ive been going to Venetian Pet Hospital for years after recommendation of others and have never been disappointed. I love the remodeling and change in staff over the last year or so. Im very happy with my pets care and you will be too.

I have owned Irish Setters and English Setters for years. Dr. Ayers is the best with these special breeds and needs. He is always interested in all of my other menagerie too. The Rescue Cats and Dogs I have had over the years have received special care too.

Ive been coming to Venetian for over 20 years ( cockatiel,cockatoo and cat). The service has always been excellent. Ive had good experience medically and also with boarding my pets. Highly recommend this get hospital to any pet parents.

I have two dogs that Dr. Ayres has taken fantastic care of. My 10 year old Labrador blew out his knee. He ended up needing surgery. Hes better than he was before. The staff is warm and welcoming. I trust Dr. Ayres and his staff.

They saved my rabbits life, nice staff, and did a great job taking care of my rabbit. The doctor was able to complete a very difficult surgery on my rabbit. I couldnt thank them enough. Definitely will be a returning customer.

Dr. Ayres has looked at and treated all of our animals, 3 dogs and 2 cats (except the goldfish). He thoroughly checks each one and addresses any issues or concerns. Very glad we found him.
