My dog/Boston terrier has been on their plan for the last 5yrs and he is regular with his appt and vaccination. I called them because I suspect my dog has a fox tail in his nose. Hes sneezing pretty much nonstop, to the point that there is BLOOD. They told me their next avail appt is thursday, its tuesday! Are you fricken kidding me!! I cant just bring him and they can take a look. Whats the point of having this plan or even a regular vet if they are going to blow my pet off when somethings wrong. They are going down hill. I miss Dr McAfee. She was the best!! (Moved out of state) Oh and since Im here at his last visit my dog had gained 2lbs so the labled him obese. I called to question the "obese" rating and they said well he has gained 2lbs. Wth. Did they even bother to look at him?!?! He is always "ideal". 1)I dont belive in overfeeding 2) I started taking my dog walking/running with me-duh muscle 3) If they looked at all his history they would see he flexuates 1/2 lbs. (if I could add a pic of my supposed obese dog I would)

They are awesome here. I went just to get a "new puppy" check up and have a visit - needed to get the first round of shots. They found a way to save me $100 the first visit with the wellness plan. To date (2 1/2 months later) Ive saved over $300 bucks and the puppy still has a few shots to go. They are clean, kind, and helpful. The parking lot of this petsmart is covered with trees, very shady and cool. Love it!

We love the people here! They are always great, and friendly. They remember our dog every time we come in, I hope thats a good thing! We use their wellness plan. Its the only place Id bring a pet.

My small dogs eye puffed up and was oozing due to a Fox tail in it. Not only were they super sweet and reassuring they helped her real fast and she was ready to go home!!

Never buy their insurance they lie it doesnt cover emergency services they farm you out to Pet Emergency center in Roseville

This is an ideal place for Vet services. Everyone is friendly and efficient. My "Lucy" always gets hugs and tickles. Pat
