They are more about the money than client customer service and they are not pit bull friendly anymore. We had been clients for over 1 year and had a very bad experience just a couple days ago at our dogs check up. The experience was so bad that after over 1 year of being Banfield pet insurance members, we had decided to cancel our membership and close all ties to this place. I could write up an entire book about how bad our experience was but in a nutshell... They are not pit bull friendly (even though they say they are not). We also had been paying for services that we had never got and they would do nothing to help us in this situation. The visit was just the worst visit ever from the very unprofessional exam with our dog and the billing issues that they had been having with all their computer glitches. I would recommend going else where. After over 1 year as members, I would have thought we would have been taken care of much better then we were. Was very unprofessional and they had absolutely no care in the world.

I have had a very good experience with this PetSmart/Banfield, both with my dog and my cat. We just had to put our 17 yr old cat down and the staff there could not have been more compassionate and caring about what we were going through. The time that we had to bring our dog in to see them they were also very nice and cared about my dog and they explained everything in detail about medications to be taken and were more than willing to answer any questions that we had. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will always go them as well.

5 plus stars from me. They are always courteous and sensitive when my pets are in. I transport puppies and would not think of taking them any where else. As for my own pets, Banfield takes the best care for them too. They call them by name and love on them as I would. Thank you Banfield for great care of my pets.

I have only recently started going to this office but Dr. West and the rest of the staff has been wonderful. He is so personable and attentive and shows genuine care for both the animals and their owners.
