I took my dog in because he had a lump on one of his testicles and a little discharge from his eyes. Everyone is nice and all but the bill was STUPID!!!! $49 for the exam, $46 to have a sample extracted (this did not include the lab bill) and $58 for a 3.5g of eye ointment! Mind you a tube of superglue is larger than this tube of ointment. I didnt have the sample taken but did buy the ointment cuz what are you going to do, the dog has pink eye. I googled this stuff when I got home and found I could buy it for $16 + $5 shipping on the internet with 3-4 day shipping. I immediately returned to Cherry Creek but they refused to allow me to return it or make up the difference. Needless to say I completely blew a gasket and informed them that they had just lost a customer because if they are gouging me on this, you know they are gouging me on EVERYTHING ELSE!!! 20 minutes after this, I got a call from them and they informed me that they had made a mistake on the pricing of the ointment and would be sending me a check for $19. That makes this ointment $39. What do think....$21 or $39? We will see if I really get a check... I dont know about you but I am not made of money and will still seek out a new vet.

They a person who drinks cause she had it on her breath and she admitted she injected my cat with water more then he was suppose have 100cc more. The antibiotic they have the 1st didnt help so I took him back instead of changing the antibiotic to something they gave him the same one that didnt help. Will go back to them never would tell some one to take there animal NO THEY SUCK

They are very informative with explaining how the process will help the animal in question. Great at taking the time to examine the animal and get the end results quickly, to help the animal get better and thrive in a healthy lifestyle. Wonderful staff always kind. Also love that they are a small practice so they know the clients by name.

The doctors are excellent and the focus does not always seem to be on "selling" the most expensive procedures or products, but rather, on what is truly best for you and your pet.
