LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS BANFIELD!! Dr. Foster, Kim, Sheryl and Sunny were great..Im sure the others are great too but these were the ones that worked with my dog! Ive taken my dog to 3 different Banfields but this office went above and beyond. This is a long review but I have to tell the story..sorry! I had and issue with my dog (throwing up and diarrhea) around 6:30 at night and I called 2 other Banfields in tears and they acted like they didnt care and didnt offer to see me cause they closed at 7. I called the Banfield in Rancho Cordova and spoke with Kim..she talked to me about what was happening and helped calm my "worried" self down. Once I felt better we hung up. Then she called me back the next day just to make sure I was ok. Kim actually took a picture of my dog when he was in recovery after having his teeth cleaned! #aboveandbeyond I love Dr. Foster. Bubba and I will always follow her.. (which is why I drive to Rancho Cordova from Roseville)..she gets on my dogs level and also helps us worried mommas and dogs. She doesnt try and "sell" you services you dont need..she does whats best for your animal not what the "Corporation" feels is best. She loves the the animals and they love her! She takes her time with you and goes over everything! Thank you Dr. Foster and the rest of the Rancho Banfield staff for being so amazing! Oh and Sheryl, Bubbas teeth look awesome!

I love Banfield!! They take great care of our pup!! They also let u drop off your animals if you have things to take care off!! Never have to wait long and i feel like they truly care about our dog..they have great care plans that are affordable as well! I only gave it four stars because of the front desk lady named Kim..she is super rude, loud, speaks very fast and trys to make you feel stupid. She also yelled at my daughter for trying to get a sucker after i told my daughter she could have one..ill do the parenting thank u..however that is not a good enough reason for us to leave..ill deal with her because we love the doctors and the care and time we get!!

Grooming my dog was way too long. Then when groomer brought him to the counter she walked him through piles of hair. Almost 3hr + to groom a 23 lb dog. No potty break during that long period. So when checking out the groomer stated you may want to let him poop he has lots of gas. Walking through the checkout he could not hold his urine any longer. Not realizing he was peeing a checker said he is peeing as I pulled him along without looking back he had a path of about 6ft of urine. Totally embarrassing. Correction is needed. I will ask for a different groomer next time.

Ive always had a good experience here, even during that one visit where they tried to overcharge me for a 5 minute application of medicine when it only took 2 minutes. I pointed this out and a correction was made to match previous visits where this same procedure was done. The staff is very nice otherwise and are always gentle with my animals.

Went there at 630pm, and there was another customer waiting, but even though someone was in the back and they arent supposed to close until 7pm, they said they were closed and wouldnt help us. I definitely wont come to this one again since I cant rely on them to stick to their posted hours!

My family LOVES Dr.Foster she is amazing... not so fond of the other vet there but we love dr foster and the lady at the front whose usually there weekends i think her name starts with an L she is also wonder... I couldnt imagine taking my coco/kc anywhere else
