Do not take your animal to these people.They are hardened criminals. They ONLY care about the money. My dog had a high fever and couldnt keep water down.They handed me an app for a credit card and refused to do anything for my dog til they had 800 dollars and let my dog lay sick for 4 hours and then told me i had to come up with 2000.00 more or put my dog down. All i wanted was to stabalize him til he could see Dr. Vicuna monday morning.when i picked him up they were going to charge my friends credit card 275.00 more which i had paid in cash.I rushed my dog to Hardin Animal where Dr. Vicuna and his staff tried to help him. He passed away monday after surgery and before it was paid and wouldve been half the price. I hope all of these people have to frantically find 2000.00 to save their animal on a sunday...cold hearted killers!!

I found a kitten in the middle of the freeway. She was missing an ear and had skin torn off. I knew I was going to give this kitten a forever home. No other vets in the area "had the time" even though I was paying for the emergency services. But these folks were a great help! Every person in that building was extremely helpful and addressed all of my concerns as well. Lucky is recovering better than I wouldve hoped. THANKS YOU ALL!

I took my Great Dane here and they determined she had bloated but refused to operate until they got the money. Thankfully a friend came to my rescue in that aspect. Even after they got the deposit of $2000 they waited over 8 hours to begin surgery. BLOAT ONLY GETS WORSE WITH TIME!! Because of that, my dog ended up with a heavily bruised heart, and she died 4 days later. NEVER going back.

My referring vet was prepared to put my most favorite dog I have ever cared for in my life down. As it turned out beyond by expectations, no surgery was required, "Jack may recover in one month". I must admit it was touch and go for Jack would not eat or drink. It was a painful month, yet we won, Jack is still alive! Jack is not jumping yet, give him another month.

This place fu**ing sucks I tried asking them for help over the phone for my 7 month old huskie puppy and they wont help me until I brought him in and payed 75$ for a check up. This place does not care if our animals our in pain they just want our money. The lady at front desk would even try thats what made me more mad... Its sad ....

My clients Dachund has degenerative disc disease (so do I ) and one day he came up paralyzed in his hind legs. Dr. Frey did surgery on the little guys back and within two weeks he was walking again!!!!!! I have never met Dr. Frey, but his work speaks VOLUMES!! I wholeheartedly recommend him and wish he did surgery on humans!!♡

Dr. Frey wanted $900 for X-rays said my X-rays I had just paid $500 for werent good enough?? Strange. I have taken Belle to 4 vets now. All I wanted was an educated opinion. He wouldnt give me one. I think he figured out he wasnt getting a few thousand so he didnt want to be bothered. Sad very sad.

Always taken great care of my animals and helped me make many hard decisions. To the people complaining about money, maybe you should have gotten Care Credit. You cant expect them to do things for free.

Used this place for pet hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Got our pet back after 4 days without issues. Staff took very good care of our pet.
