DO NOT GO HERE! I brought my cat in because I am new in town and didnt know where to go. The first time I brought her in because she seemed to have some kind of allergy. She was scratching her eye A Lot. The hospital charged me 200 dollars for all kinds of junk that she didnt need and they didnt fix the problem. Upset, they allowed me to come back for a second appt for free. I thought I would give them another chance. Again, I explained that I thought my cat had some kind of allergy because she was still scratching her eye and now she is loosing hair. The vet said she is stressed out. He suggested some anti-stress/anxiety medication. I gave my cat the meds when I got home and they made her sick and "wasted" for lack of a better term. She couldnt walk. She was running into walls, moaning, pooping around the house etc. When we called, the person on the phone said they have never seen this medication presecribed for a cat before. They then said I must have given her too much. I gave her exactly what they said to give her! I would Never poison my cat on purpose! It has now been 20 hours and my cat is miserable. She has nausea and she cant even go to sleep. I called the hospital again and they told me there is nothing that they can do. They said it will wear off..well, it hasnt. If you care about your animal, do not take them here!!!!! They have poisoned my animal and they dont even care.

I was going to let yesterdays incident slide but Im extremely dissatisfied today to pick-up interstate travel health certificates that are (out)dated October 2016. Thats not even close to todays date - April 11, 2017 and those certificates are only typically good for 30 days. Glad I checked before leaving the parking lot. I still have to come back again to get the "correctly dated" health certificates since theres no veterinarian on site at this time, 11:30 a.m. Well see if indeed it will be ready by 2 p.m. today, just as the receptionist guaranteed. As for yesterday, I called ahead of time to give the staff ample time to get heartworm preventative pills ready by the time I pick my boys up after their comprehensive exams, that way it will be a quick check out. Guess what? No quick check out as planned since the person I spoke with (Mark) apparently did not get those pills ready. This does not seem to be a coincidence. Get it together Banfield Natomas!

I have always had good experiences here since the first day we got our lab, 1 1/2 years ago, and we have had many since visits with our crazy lab. They are always friendly and helpful but this week when our dog was very sick, they went above and beyond. Dr. Anisa knows our dog well from previous visits, and took my concerns very seriously and knew she wasnt acting like herself. He was so caring and concerned and genuinely excited when she was well again. The nurses were so friendly, and one stayed long after her shift with us. The front desk staff helped me, even though I showed up before their walk-in hours. They helped us work out the most cost effective treatment plan and I cant say enough good things.

I lost all trust with this Banfield. I had an emergency situation with my dog, so I took her here since this was where I took them for all of their exams and dentals. I dropped her off at around 7 am and explained the emergency. My dog ended up not being seen by a veterinarian until around 11:30. Luckily she ended up being ok, but their negligence could have cost me the life of my dog. When I spoke to the lead veterinarian Dr Gonzales, he agreed that it shouldnt have taken so long for her to be seen regardless of the fact that it ended up not being life threatening. The issue was that it could have been and they had no way of knowing without her being evaluated by a doctor.

I called with concerns regarding my cat and was able to get in the same day. The Dr was very informative and my cat (who is NOT very friendly) seemed to actually like the female Dr we saw. I walked away spending a little less than I expected and will definitely be going back.

Staff are always pleasant and knowledgeable. The doctors are very thorough and care for our pets. Not normally too busy, but its inside Petsmart, situated around other stores, so you can get other shopping done while waiting or dropping off /picking up your "kids."

DOG MURDERERS!!!! They just want to line their pockets. Killed my young family dog due to negligence ans being under anesthesia for too long without throughout exams! 20 minutes is the length if time spent here! Thats a problem!!!
