THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I went in with a dying puppy that I had kept alive Since Monday (the day I brought him was Friday) I rushed in and told them the situation (believing he could be saved with a supplemental shot) and the staff went to the back to talk to the Doctor and came back saying that they were close to closing (the time was 5:28pm and the posted closing time is 6:00 pm) he told me that the doctor was on the phone and tried directing me to other Vet clinics and I told him that they were my best bet,he went to the back to talk to the the doctor about emergency examination and I asked if he would just simply walk from his office in the back to the front desk and look at him,the doctor refused to see him,he refused to talk to me,he wouldnt even show his face,I didnt even hear his name,keep in mind the walk from the back to the front desk is about 10ft probably les,and he wouldnt even yell any piece of advice to me, I walked with the puppy from the clinic to where we were parked (the curb about 15ft away from the front deck) and when I got to the truck he started die and I tried to save his life for the 5th time since he was born and it didnt work this time, to add to it the puppy was from a very well breed English Pointer Champion, I have never been more mistreated as a potential customer EVER and disrespected

We have been going to Animal Care Clinic of Woodland for ten years and have never had a bad experience. We have two cats and dog. As for the prices - compared to other vets they are by far fair and we always get plenty of time with the vet and the staff-never rushed and never trying to sell us things we do not need. We have many friends in Woodland who take their animals to this vet and they, like us have many years of trust built with this office. They are not an emergency, after hours vet office from what I understand so you may need to go to a vet that offers emergency type services, just like humans if you go to a clinic for a life threatening situation you will be sent to the ER - same with vets from my experiences. Of course, everyone has different experiences in business dealing with service providers...good service and fair prices have always been my experience with Animal Care Clinic of Woodland. Your experience may be different for a variety of reasons but I can tell you they do care deeply for the animals entrusted in their care - our animals NEVER come back traumatized from dental cleanings or any other type of procedure that has required them to stay. I hope you this same type of experience!

The map is wrong about were it is, its around the corner ON 5th street. They have been by FAR the kindest clinic in town. I was pricing to get my cat fix and called every clinic in town, some were so disrespectful i wanted to hang up on them and others were over priced and wouldnt tell me what i was spending my money on. Animal Care Clinic was more then willing to explain everything to me even before i asked my questions. They even took the time the next day to give me a call asking about my cat to see how she was doing. By far they are the best in town and will only trust my pets to them in the future

While we were evacuated recently our dog needed care. The staff was very compassionate to our situation and were able to schedule an appointment for the following day. Their caring and ability to help on short notice was a great comfort. Our usual veterinarian was open for shortened hours the following moring, when we called to cancel the appointment, the staff again was courteous and understanding.

I came to Animal Care Clinic of Woodland because we had a cat emergency and they were the only ones that were open to help us. They did a terrific job and we have been with them ever since. They are friendly, helpful, courteous, kind, etc. My cat is an expensive pet with extra needs which they have been able to identify and help us handle. I have no problem coming to this clinic.

The best care on the plant...Went to another vet in town for 6 years and was told my dog had a gas, 2 days later she was in the hospital with full blown pancreatitis and could have died. If it wasnt for the amazing care and treatment she received by Dr. Tucker and her staff. I will NEVER go anywhere else.

Love Pia Tucker, DVM. Four stars instead of five due to expensive prices. Even though the price is high $58 for an exam, at least Pia Tucker, DVM, gives a nice unrushed thorough exam for the price. She is caring and gentle and honest.

I was very disappointed because my animal with her and I didnt want to see my animal for its injury so by far is this place I dont like so dont take your animals find some other place to take them
