My dog is a 13 year old boxer with arthritis, and I am sure her cancer has came back. She can hardly walk and probably only has a few months if not weeks left in her. They tell me they cannot fill her team adolescent because she hasnt had an exam recently. How are we suppose to even get a 90 pound boxer in the car if she cant even WALK? I understand laws but a few months ago we got a prescription written to us from Banfield. They wont fill it. They are MAKING my dog SUFFER. THE only person at this business that cares is Aubrey and I am thankful for that. They never told us anything when we called to have it filled. DO NOT COME HERE. They only care about money.

Went today to refill Webbers medicine (Aug.13, 2014) was told it costs $82.55. WHAT just last May 16, 2014 it was $20.55! We complained- the vet came out to say all she did was OK the refill. WE asked to speak to a manager- a person in charge- WHAT there is NO one at this time but they took out phone number (which they have) and will call us back. This place has been going down for the past year and now WE will LEAVE as well. Dont get tricked - DONT take your pet here.

My experience at VCA has always been exceptional - theyre the best! Ive had all my animals treated there for over 20 years and I have always been treated so nicely and my animals have all received excellent care. I cant say enough how wonderful the doctors and staff all are. Thanks for taking care so well of whats so precious to me!

First visit here, will never come back. Not friendly folks at all. Both the VA and the vet were super rude, terrible bedside manner. Long wait. Awful experience overall. Theres so many good veterinarians in Santa Cruz - do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Best vets in town, a little pricey for simple visits, to have them tell you x-rays and fecal tests needed! Sometimes they now whats wrong but just want to make money off you! But the care is quality, pricing can be a little out there though!:)

I have to show some love for the groomer Ashley. She is the best in town. My dog is a brat when it comes to grooming but Ashley has it handled. Even when petsmart refuses to see her. Always does a great job, thank you!
