Parents dog has a sore on his leg they were keeping an eye on and cleaning, when he started having trouble walking they called and were told theyd make space for him the next morning. Dropped him off first thing and SEVEN HOURS later they hadnt so much as glanced at him. My parents were told the other dogs were more urgent than him. Finally coerced the vet into seeing him and they were told his leg was necrotic & there wasnt anything they could do. When asked why they hadnt looked at it earlier so they could take him somewhere to get treatment rather than give the poison or whatever that much more time to work through his system they claimed they didnt know that the issue was serious. You know, like my parents discussed with them on the phone day before. Which is why they fit him in "first thing in the morning" in the first place. Step-dad picked him up and the vet wouldnt even come out to talk to him to discuss everything. Took the dog to a second urgent care clinic. Leg isnt even necrotic, "just" severely infected. Hes on antibiotics and pain meds now, so fingers crossed everything goes ok. Prior to this they had taken him in to get a fatty tumor removed from his shoulder that had grown to the point where he could barely walk. When they picked him up after surgery, they had removed various small fatty tumors from his stomach and sides that they were not supposed to touch and LEFT the one they were supposed to remove. There are enough risks with putting a dog under general anesthesia, to have to turn around and do it again because of this clinics incompetence.... UGH

I cant imagine what training they give their staff, but I was listening as the receptionist became hostile and hung up on what I can only assume is now an ex-client whose puppy had been bitten in their office. And they had charged them to treat the wound after taking the side of the woman whose dog had done the biting. Her attitude, her behavior, and her actions were truly deplorable. And charging them for an incident that they made worse says all I needed to hear about the veterinarian. I would never recommend this business.

Worst experience ever! This place sees us as their ATM machine! Be aware of unnecessary tests and overcharge. You cant expect much from someone who only care about money. No sympathy or love for pets who need care. I wont go back to them. There are plenty of other good vets near by.
