Our dog got a foxtail today, and Banfield charged me $400 bucks to remove it more than twice what I charged last summer at another vet last summer. This place makes up charges like a hospital stay where they stick your dog in a kennel for 30 minutes so they can charge you extra $$. After we paid it still took them 15 minutes bring out our puppy with another leash attached to him. From the time when we first walked in the store to after we left at 7pm there was a puddle of pee on the floor right in front of the register with nothing more than a few paper towels and wet floor sign placed over it. I watched more than 5 different employees walk by the puddle and do nothing about it even after it was brought to their attention.

You get what you pay for and a lot less. Poor customer/patient bed-side manner to go with their not so affordable pricing. Owner/franchisee is very insincere in dealing with pets and owners. Some of the Vet Techs/Assistant treat it like its a just a job. I saw our dog being yanked with the collar, but little did the vet tech know that I was observing. If you want the feel of being just a number and the comforts of it being a "business" and being treated by a business, then by all means...otherwise steer clear. Were taking our "business" elsewhere to find a true vet that cares about people an animals.

Wouldnt be my choice to care for a pet. Our dog was prescribed steroids for a skin problem. When the problem didnt clear, we found a remedy online (diet related) that worked much better, so we ended up trusting Banfield and learning we didnt need the shots at all.

Hands down the worst Banfield Ive ever been to. They act like they dont want to help you. Wesley is absolutely the worst. Hes rude and wouldnt let me even finish talking. avoid this place all together.
