DONT GO HERE!!! I brought my guinea pig in after hed been taken by a dog and stopped eating. After checking him over the doctor said he looked fine and to feed him by hand with some food they sold there. Well my piggy got worse so I did some research on the Internet and discovered that if a guinea pig gets any kind of puncture wound from a dog he can easily get a bacterial infection, so I checked him over and found a puncture wound in his side. Unfortunately that very night my guinea pig died. I called the office and was told I had to speak to Jennifer, the office manager. She was very hard to get a hold of but finally I was able to speak with her. I feel that I was due a refund of what I paid, due to the fact that the doctor neglected to even look for a puncture would - would quite possibly could have made the difference between life and death for my poor piggy. She was very rude and insulting. She told me Dr. Freeman would call me back tomorrow and actually hung up the phone on me! He seemed to be a very nice person, but I dont think he should agree to see guinea pigs if he does not have expertise in that area. I will let you know if he does call me back tomorrow.

I have been taking my blue front amazon for 10 years now. They trim his beck, feathers, nails and his yearly check up. They do a great job. I have boarded him there a couple of time and they took care of him really well. I use to take him to the vet just a mile away but very time he came home from there he was in shock. It took him a couple of days to come back to normal. I found " All About Pets" by asking other vets who handles and care for parrots. They all recommend Doctor Freeman and ever since then Ive always gone there. Thank you doctor Freeman and staff.

Just moved to the area from Ohio three weeks ago, and my visits have been spectacular. Staff is very friendly, CLEARLY love animals, not to mention knowledgeable and helpful; not to mention the facility is very clean. I was genuinely worried about the kind of care Id receive after having the same vet for many years, and I made a spectacular choice coming here. Highly recommend.

Not commenting on the care but if you are going here to buy Harrisons bird foods, they are very overpriced here, many times theyre more expensive than just buying them directly from the Harrisons site, even including shipping. HBD was over $13 less expensive than AAP when buying two 1-lb and one 5-lb bags, including shipping.

Our dog received excellent care at All about Pets. Dr. Freeman in particular, is an exceptional vet. After trying several places on the Peninsula (after moving from Fremont), we chose to drive all the way to Union City to have our dog see Dr. Freeman. All the staff knew our dog and really cared for him whenever he was there.

The people there obviously love animals. Drs. Hata and Krauss are the best! I trust them with my dogs, and that is saying a lot! I board them there and they come out happy and relaxed. So I know they get the best possible treatment.

They take great care of the pets here. Friendly and always helpful. We boarded our two dogs here and they were fine the whole trip. Would put them up again in their care because I trust them.
