Waited to be acknowledge for 20 min, 2 receptionist saw me but ignored me completely, helped other customers and just bluntly walked away without getting or asking if I needed help or to at least tell me they be with me in a min. Nothing, please take your pets to the Evergreen location.

This place went to serious s**t when Dr. Dale left. The latest vet was unprofessional and embarrassing. Had to transfer my pets to the new store in Evergreen Park because it became unbearable to deal with this clown show of buffoons.

They simply suck… X-rays are covered but you have to pay almost 100 bucks for somebody to read them!? And you gotta jump through hoops to cancel GOOD RIDDANCE!!!!!
