This WAS my puppys primary vet since we first got him, but Im extremely disappointed in the lack of follow through that Ive gotten regarding my request for medical records from each visit. My dog is on a medicinal insurance and they requested medical records for every visit from every vet hes been to. I emailed Dr. Hadzic personally and called in the office for my request of these records. I was told Id hear back within 24 hours and never heard back. I began to email and call a few days later, and was told that their email and printing were down and couldnt help me but that it would be fixed within the next day or so. Again I waited and didnt hear back, so I called and emailed again. The receptionist would say that Dr. Hadzic wasnt available and that she would contact me later that day. After 2 weeks of nothing, I finally got an email back from Dr. Hadzic with medical records for 3 of his 6 visits. I requested the remaining 3 and was told Id get them later that day. Its now 3 weeks since my initial request and have not gotten more information. Im waiting to be reimbursed over $1,000 on insurance claims and cant receive this reimbursement without these records. I honestly dont think this facility holds medical records, because it shouldnt take this long to follow through and or provide the requested information. The other two vets that have seen my puppy provided me the documents same day. I cant believe Im still dealing with this mess. Avoid by all means if you require proper documentation for your pets records (aside from an invoice).

Dr Sara and staff did there very best to ease the pain of saying goodbye to my best friend Sunday. Though nothing can take the pain away or fill the emptiness felt losing a beloved companion. Dr Sara handled the situation with compassion and unbelievable respect and understanding. I was not rushed or treated like anything less than family. I left feeling confident that my dogs remains would be handled with the utmost respect and care. Anyone whos had to make the decision of euthanasia knows just how important this is. There was no mention of payment prior as I had experienced at a vca hospital years ago when my dog was struck by a speeding truck resulting in a severed spine, which I found to be just appalling! The caring staff and treatment extended hours after I had left when I had received a call regarding a paw print, the things we dont always think of but they did. I rarely write reviews, I felt this was an experience to be shared.

I took my puppy here because he was very sick, vomiting and not eating. We brought him here and had to wait an hour to be seen when we had scheduled an appointment. When she finally saw us, she looked at my puppy heard the situation and said he probably has some sort of obstruction. Not once did she touch my dog, take temperature, feel his belly, not a single thing. This was a terrible experience for me and my puppy. She literally looked at him and said he probably needs an x-ray. No medication was suggested no course of treatment recommended. This was the biggest waste of time and money, my dog is obviously still feeling very sick. We took him to another vet and they actually took care of him and gave us a plan on getting him better.

Dr. Sara is not only an amazing vet but is also an amazing person. My cat had to be put to sleep due to a procedure (done by a different vet) that didnt work. Sara did her job professionally and with compassion for myself and my cat. She provided him with a treat to put him at ease. She cried with me and said that she could tell I loved my cat very much. After about two months I received an unexpected package in the mail. It was from Dr. Sara and it was a print of my cats paw in plaster with his name around the edges and a heart. I live close to her clinic but as long as I live in the chicagoland area I will always return to Sara even if I have to go 50 miles.

I was ripped off by this vet. I asked her for a health certificate in order to fly abroad with my cat. When I arrived at the airport I was told that the certificate didnt have a seal and that it was an incomplete certificate and that she didnt have all of her vaccinations. After an 8 hour flight I had to wait 3 more hours at the airport because I needed to wait for a certified vet to come and do all the correct procedures that I had paid for before.

I love this vet. Dr Sarah is very kind and caring. Our dog Skippy was very sick and not eating. It was hard to diagnose as he didnt eat any cat toys or have a stomach bug. Dr Sarah went out of her way to find what was wrong, sourcing second opinions on X-rays and blood results, and calling to check-in after hours to see how he was doing. Skip got the best of care and he is back to his old self. Thank you!

Thank you Dr. Sarah, thank you for taking us in last minute and helping us make the right decision for our calico cat Tricksy. You are an amazing person , the animals know it and my cat knew it. Although it was a tough decision for us to let her go it was the right one. I would recommend you in a minute for any vet care. We have now named you the cat wisperer.

I feel lucky that I stumbled upon this place. I am a first time dog owner and Dr. Sarah was kind enough to answer all of my questions and give me advice on raising my German Shepard puppy. If youre looking for a vet that shows genuine compassion for your pet, this is the place to go.

Shes always in a hurry, trying to do multiple things, at the same time. Shes renovating the place, & hired more personal, so shes coming up with all kind of extra fees to get from customers. Ill not go there, again.

Dr. Sarah is very nice and puts the animals health before anything else. I rescued a stray cat and she helped him get the medical attention he needed at an affordable price. She is now my primary vet.

Dr. Sarah was amazing! It was hard finding a vet that sees hamsters but she took very good care of my Max.
