I have gone to VCA Meisner-Holley for the last couple of years after adopting Louie from PAWS. There have been a time or two we have had to wait in the lobby to be seen but have not had excessive waits by any means, usually 5 minutes. The reception team is always very nice and friendly. The techs who work with Lou are very nice and weve been there enough by now they know his name and greet him. Dr. FitzGerald is wonderful and has seen Lou the last few times. She explains everything in an easy to understand manner. The services can run a little pricy, but I have a modest budget and happen to have fallen in love with a dog that has bad allergies. Overall this is a great facility that is always clean and a team that is happy to help.

Had a good experience with the staff and the facility at first. Then our cat became very ill while at home. I called VCA to set up an appointment because she needed immediate care. The first woman who answered was extremely rude, put me on hold for 15 minutes, and then hung up on me. I called again and a different woman answered who said they had just gotten an emergency call a few minutes ago and they couldnt take our cat. So, if the receptionist had been competent enough to remember I was on the line, my cat couldve gotten cared for much earlier. Our cat eventually passed later that day (it was congenital heart disease) and I do not blame VCA for that, but I will not be bringing any future pets to this location.

I saw a different doctor every time I have taken my cat there and it didnt seem like the best thing for her continuity of care. Also, one of the vets, Dr. Garza, made me feel very pressure to get an expensive test for my cat. Also, the services are on the expensive side it seems. I do like how their records are very clear and they were able to email me results of the tests, and the fact that they communicated with the emergency vet I took my cat to as well. In addition the vets took time to speak to me on the phone about symptoms and options.

We brought our very timid cat to VCA for an eye problem. I was happy that VCA could accomodate an urgently needly appointment, even though wed never been to their office before. The front desk staff was pleasant and cheery. The vet and nurse were really terrific. Our cat was a difficult patient but they were enormously patient and caring. Yes, the price was a little high, but I dont think its unique to this vet. Weve been only once, but plan on going back and bringing our other cat as well.

After reading the reviews, my wife and I were skeptical, but since it is around the corner, we decided to give it a go! We were so pleased! The front office staff, specifically Joan, was very nice over the phone and was equally as nice and accommodating in person. The vet was also very friendly and informative. She took very good care of our cat! We are so happy to have this vet office so close to our new home! So, dont fret over the other reviews, this office is great!

Ive been at this location twice so far. Dr. Baldwin and Dr. Fitzgerald have seen my anxious and fear aggressive dog and have been incredibly patient, caring, and thorough as well as the vet techs! Though over the phone and in person, the receptionists can sometimes be in a hurry (but I dont think any of them are rude at all), the actual care for my dog is what counts and they do that here.

The staff took fantastic care of our cat, Thom. He needed extensive dental surgery and several rounds of antibiotics due to all of the damage he did to his teeth and gums as a stray. They answered all of our questions and made follow-up appointments a breeze. Now Thom is a happy, healthy cat with a long life ahead of him!

Ridiculous Price Gouging. They wanted to charge $1500 for removing my cats tooth. A tooth! The doctor seemed knowledgeable, but pricing stuff that much is ridiculous. Plus, they kept changing the price on vaccinations for my cat. Ended up going elsewhere for half of the price they charged for their half off special.

Weve been bringing both our cats here for a few years, one of which has a chronic condition. Really caring, wonderful staff and great doctors. Definitely pricey. My only complaint besides cost is that sometimes I feel like they push things that arent really necessary, so we always ask whats really necessary.

Great doctors and staff. With VCA being a big network it is easy to relocate. Also if you have a complaint there is someone higher to complain to. However, there are some downsides such as upselling products and services but this location is usually honest about your pet needs.

Worst and most expensive vet in the area. They wanted $700 for a surgery we had done in the burbs for $200 and they want $70 for a test that other vets charge $35 for. Unacceptably high prices and a tendency to order unnecessary tests to nickel and dime you
