I cant believe the hell I have gone thru with this uneducated front end staff when trying to schedule my "free grooming" for my pet. Clearly since I paid for this back in March at a school auction as this was donated......clearly they dont want my biz. I called last month to schedule appt only to be told of the LIST of current vaccines my pet would need (all of which seemed reasonable). I spent $ and time waiting for an apt for her to get her Vaccines renewed that she has had her entire life. Called again today to schedule and they require another one she has NEVER had and they did NOT list it as one required for their facility a month ago! The manager was ZERO help and this cert will never be used now. Buyer beware we services are "donated" you get terrible service!!! Will never use this facility and now wont ever trust another from a grooming facility that donates a free service. $185 spent so far to use a $50 value cert!! Unacceptable!

Our first "free" vist they just told us our kitten was fine, she underweight and to feed her a special food. Two days later I took her to another vet, and they told us, she has a fever, and low blood pressure. They didnt want to go through all the work of doing something another vet did because they werent going to get paid. I will never take any of my pets to this place, my poor kitten has to be hospitalised, because this vet just did a "simple" check up instead of worrying much about why she was so boney, I wouldnt have care if they told us, and gave us an estimate of how much it would cost to help her. No they just sold us food, and basically told us to piss off and see you in a week for her "real checkup". Piss poor quality of care for my little furry family member. Shame on them for being too lazy because they werent getting paid for the vist. Trash Hospital and so called "veterinarians".

I bring my guinea pigs here to see Dr. Hillary Stern. She is very knowledgeable, humorous, and easy to talk to. She has performed everything from regular exams to surgeries with great success. Since guinea pigs are considered exotics, it takes a specialized vet to see them - and often a bigger price tag. I have found the charges to be very reasonable. The clinic also accepts CareCredit, which helped me finance costlier procedures. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Had a very thorough first exam with Dr. Erika Sullenberger who offered to carry our nervous dog to the back for blood tests so she wouldnt be so nervous--remarkable. Just a few weeks later she became dramatically and unexpectedly ill and again, Dr. Sullenberger and the entire hospital were involved, compassionate and concerned. This is the best vet experience ever; so happy to have found them.

Ive been taking my dog here for years, I would never go anywhere else. One time when my dog got severely sick the staff was very helpful, calm and able to get her care immediately. The vets are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I continue to bring her here for check-ups and vaccines, this is a trustworthy place for your best friend.

We switched to this animal hospital based on a recommendation by a friend who runs an animal rescue. The pricing for exams is much more reasonable than the other animal hospital we had been going to. In fact, because our pets are new patients, the first exam was free! If facility is clean and the staff is very friendly.

New dog, first "free" vet visit = $238 paid before leaving. But guess thats par for the course. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable vet helped us, and well be back, Im sure - hopefully later, rather than sooner, as long as our little guy stays healthy. :-)

Everyone at the Animal Hospital of Soquel are very helpful and Dr. Sullenberg did a great job examining our new dog, Chippy. I appreciate how they were willing to sell us small dosages of medication as needed.
