My Rottweiler was over 11 years old. He was playing with our border collie and when they finished he came over to hang by the couch so I would pet him. Half hour or so goes by and he heads off to bed next to our bed where my wife was already sleeping. She woke up to him panting hard and when I checked on him it was obvious something was seriously wrong. We carried him to the car and rushed him to the vet late at night(thank you for being 24hours!!) they were very kind and did their best to help him but there was just not much they could do. They got me a laser print of his paw, took care of the burial/cremation (you choose regular or ashes spread at a pet cemetery that you can visit.) and sent us a very kind card signed by the staff. They even notified his regular vet. I have had him in there twice. First time was for a bloody foot on a Sunday and second was for this. I am forever grateful that these people choose to work these crazy hours to help our pets. They could so easily work for a regular 9-5 vet but they choose not to. They are very kind and very thoughtful. They are also conscientious of the money side of things. The price is really almost the same as going to my regular vet, it was literally less than 20 dollars difference for the visit. They ensure you are aware of what they think needs to be done to help him as well as the costs associated so you have a choice to set a limit or whether or not you want a DNR. They are very tactful with this too. Thank you all for being such amazing people. I may have lost a family member that night but I have no doubt he was as comfortable as he could possibly ever be in such a situation. I know he could feel the love because I did.

My partner and I had a similar experience as Justin, not one but two of our beloved animals past away that night. I am only grateful for one thing, my poor baby didnt suffer long we happened to be about 5 minutes away from this clinic which was a ghost town when we arrive on Mon. Sept. 16th about 1:30 am. The receptionist though calm and soft spoken was only concerned about payment. The doctor and other staff were only present in passing not one person offered any empathy. No sorry for your loss, nothing. The doctors bedside approach sucked! Why are you in veterinary medicine if you cant show some compassion for your clients loss. Most people care for their animals like their own children. Maybe a workshop in grief counseling could make the difference in your next 2 am emergency. We were a wreck driving home even if it was 5 min. away. And for the money we did pay, (I shudder to think if we may have not had enough funds what might have happened) no one despite all the information we left them with gave us a follow up call to see how WE were.

First off Im saying "good" because my animal is being professionally taken care of. Aside from that my cat was DYING. She had probably only a few more minutes left to live and they were so much more concerned in getting paid first. My wife is currently unemployed and Im undergoing training to get deployed to AFGHANISTAN. Im not constantly available to do whatever is needed but they required us to sign up for some care credit bs and it was so complicated and stupid. All the while our cat which we love so much as if it were our child was dying with her entrails coming out of her They refused to start operating until payment was made. Such a horrible thing to do to an animal to make them sit there and die because you are so much more worried about money. Needless to say once payment was made they immediately started operation and our cat was taken care of. But unless you have a carecredit account, if your animal is within minutes of dying DO NOT GO HERE!

This place is horrible. They almost made my husband put our puppy to sleep. They told him they couldnt tell him what to do but the best thing was to euthanize her. The doctor told him it was his responsibility as a pet owner to put her to sleep if we cant afford to give her 800 to help the puppy. She was having seizures and said she was going to have brain damage. He said after an hr he waited and asked to see her and said she looked better so he decided to bring her home so if she passed she will be home and if she makes it through the night and we can take her somewhere cheaper. He brought her home and she is fine she started slowly eating again and playing. 24 hrs later she is being her normal self and is just fine. Thank God he never listened to her trying to just kill the dog to pocket 150 to euthanize her.

Amazing people, hard working, amazing doctors and staff. They help indiscriminately and they love animals! Thats what its all about! Brought my baby here (cat) and they kept her over night bandaged her up and took great care for my grumpy kitty, she was in so much pain, hissing and meowing but this courageous staff had empathy and sympathy and took great care of her. And they keep the rooms very clean to keep animal stress level down. They were upfront about cost. It seemed reasonable. They had already sedated my kitty and taken her to be looked at before I paid the bill. Its not cheap in any means, but if youre in an emergency and love your animal the cost wont matter. Thank you guys for caring for my baby and calling and checking up on her and also following up with her!

Very relaxed environment for a person going thru a rough time with there dog weather its minor or severe. Any situation making your animal feel pain makes you feel pain and i honestly went there stressed out, upset n worried willing to do anything but DVM Moi Kouch was there to quickly help do vitals and basic exam, she recommended a few procedures that were needed to do to figure out what was wrong. Although before i poured out $1500, she helped thru steps to narrow it down with only blood and a ultrasound. Words cant express how much me and my fiance appreciate Dr. Kouch and definitely 100% recommend her to anyone needing "professional" care for there animal regardless of the condition.

Excellent! My 7 year old beagle mix fell on the side of the pool. He was howling in pain. I thought he broke his ribs. My vet was closed. I called EBV emergency and the woman who answered was extremely sympathetic and helpful. I took my dog in around 7pm and we were out by 9pm. I had to wait because of other severe emergencies. This is totally acceptable under the circumstances. I was lucky enough to get Dr. Smith. She was excellent. Took great care of my pup , was thorough and the price was reasonable. She even called the next day to see how he was. I wish she had her own practice. Would definitely take my animals to her. Great experience, will use again if needed.

Words like "thank you" can not be enough. You saved my English Bulldog Edward from heat stroke. He had little chance of making it. You had a Vet Tech stay with him all night. The doctor told me they took his temperature and it didnt even register it was so high. This group of angels truly love animals. I can not express the how grateful I am for all of you. You are all so professional and care so much for animals in trouble. I know he would have never made it if it wasnt for you. God Bless you all, I wish I could say more but words cant say enough. Again, Thank You, Kathleen Diaz Barbara Honey and Edward.
