They are simply the best!!! Ive taken all three of my four legged children (Dogs, so Im told lol), & I can honestly say I will never take them to anyone else. Dr. Rodgers and Dr . Kriegel are simply wonderful. The staff, especially Cathi and Melissa are truly amazing ;) Theyve not only been there for all the normal exams, but serious health issues, injuries, and sadly loss. They are a group of Angels, and they love what they do. I am forever grateful to them for their excellent care and compassion.

Excellent care, empathy and compassion. We are very happy with the friendly, helpful, professional staff. They answer the phone and help you right away, no long hold times. The vets and staff sincerely listen and hear your concerns, then take action based on that. They save you money by only recommending care that is really necessary, rather than finding ways to pump up your bill. Small town honest atmosphere, kind of like visiting Andy Griffiths town of Mayberry...love it.

Trying to find out how many staff moved from the Sunnyoaks location to the Winchester location. Will be very disappointed if Dr Rogers and Dr Kriegel and support staff are not at the Winchester location. Rating is for the Sunnyoaks location.
