Multiple horrendous experiences with the care received by both dogs and cats there. Ran into one of their moron vet techs the other day, whom I had previously met another place, not realIzing he worked there- I said I hope you dont work ..there -I have nothing good to say about them ..didnt even bother to ask about situation to try to straight out- simply walked away . I think they are used to people being upset with their experience there. Over the years I have heard dozens of people only say they had horrible experiences there. ..nothing good - Adobe pet hospital isnt perfect - however- 180 degrees better than Los Gatos Dog and Cat Hospital. Thumbs down

I just had my cat treated on an emergency basis at this vet and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the entire experience. Not only did they take my pet on a last-minute, spur-of-the-moment request – but they talked me through every possible issue, cost and potential procedure with total concern and care. And – when I was too sick (myself) to come pick him up at the end of the day – the vet offered and delivered my pet home to me as a courtesy. You rarely find customer service like this these days. I would recommend this office to anyone with pets in the area. In fact, I feel like I need to do them a favor in return for their kindness.

Having recently had to "put down" a 15-year old and a 19-year old cat, I am forever indebted to the LGDCH for their compassionate handling of ending my kitties suffering. When you have sick/old animals, they give you the tools to care for sick/older animals, but, they respect that it is your decision when to put them out of their suffering. When you do have to make that decision, they do it in a very caring way and let you be as involved as you want to be. They help you through a very difficult decision and process and the entire staff is truly invested in every animal they treat.

No warm and fuzzy feeling here. The front office staff are disengaged from the customers. The staff dont communicate with each other and dont seem to care that you have to call several times to get routine responses. Thats OK at Jiffy Lube or McDonalds but not if you have a sick pet, (and are paying top dollars; these guys are not cheap). Our cat is 19 and well soon need a place that cares about the process of letting her go. The doctors there have been excellent, but I dread the idea of having to deal with the detached staff at such an emotional time.

Weve been going to LG D&C for years now. In August of 2015 they found a melanoma tumor in our dog MJs toe. They were booked solid for surgeries a week out, but moved the earth to get MJ in to have her toe amputated just 24 hours after we got the results. I cannot put into words how grateful I am to everyone at LG D&C, they exemplified a level of care and dedication to MJ that goes far beyond the 5 stars and tearful thanks I have to give. Thank you so very much, I will never forget what you did for us.

The doctors here are amazing. They are all super compassionate and really cared about our pups even though we were brand new patients. They gave us super detailed information and instructions to monitor our dachshund to ensure she was getting better. A+

Been taking my dog here for 8 years. They give tender loving care to your 4 legged family member. Their knowledgeable and amazing. My favorite vet tech is Sandi. She teaches a dog training class that I highly recommend.
