Simply put, Charles Street Dental is the best dental office Ive used in my life. They are thoroughly professional, caring, efficient, and give me confidence that the care (and repair) of my dental needs is in good hands. They do things that no dentist Ive used in the past has done. They start with comprehensive examinations, X-rays, and photos of your teeth. Then they patiently walk you an assessment, backed up by real data (photos and X-rays) of your dental condition and recommended corrective actions. All of this is done in a thoroughly professional manner - without pressure. The entire dental experience, from their office environment and ambience, to their front office staff, to their dental facilities and equipment, and most importantly to their dental staff, is prompt and courteous. Every step of what is being done, why it is being done, and the positive outcomes of getting it done is explained, and all questions are answered. My teeth are in good hands with Charles Street Dental. Ive finally found a dentist I can trust, and will ensure I keep my teeth in good health and condition.

I would NOT recommend this dental office. I went in for a new patient appointment and a routine cleaning about a year after I moved here and last saw my previous dentist. The dentist here told me that having cavities was normal and that she wanted me to schedule fillings for one side of my mouth for the next week and then the other side later on. I then had to ask the hygienist how many cavities I had since the dentist didnt tell me anything about where these cavities were or how many I had, and the hygienist told me I had 19 cavities. 19! The hygienist then broke HIPAA in front of me and LAUGHED about it! Needless to say I went back to my previous dentist for a second opinion and he confirmed that I did not have 19 cavities, in fact I dont have ANY! I will be finding a new dentist here.

This dental office is by far one of the best and most professional offices I have ever been to. The staff is amazing, the hygienist Luba is very friendly and thorough with her work. Dr Madani is the sweetest, most caring, and most thoughtful Dr I have ever met. The way Dr Madani cares for her patients is just so wonderful. Dr Madani really takes a lot of time to think of what is best in terms of treatment, and to make sure the patient gets the best care possible. The assistants are very nice, and make sure you are comfortable. The front desk does anything necessary to answer any questions or concerns you may have and also makes you feel very welcomed. This office has such a great atmosphere, If you are looking for a new dentist, look no farther.

My regular dentist passed away 4 months ago, this was very upsetting to me and my family. I had been searching for a practice that would be sensitive to my needs which are many. Charles Street Dental went above and beyond any of my expectations. Dr. Madani was so kind and I hate going to the dentist. She actually made me feel at ease and the calming way she talked to you and the beautiful music that played in the background it was a pure joy. I have to admit this was my first of many visits I look forward to working with Dr. Madani and her staff in the future. I would not recommend this establishment. Like Victoria- I was diagnosed with a series of cavities, which were displayed on a monitor. After getting a second opinion from another dentist, not one cavity was detected via an X-Ray. Shame on Charles Street Dental for taking advantage of unsuspecting patients!
