Warning to small pet owners: Dont go here! Dr Virk and the nurse team dont handle fragile small animal with proper care. My guinea pig died in their hands yesterday. My pig was sick but far from dying. They took her for some lab work, and in 15 minutes they told me that my pig was gone...in a very cold voice. All they said that they didnt do anything and my pig suddenly died. Anyone can believe this?! Even worse, nurse Stella threatened that shed call police to force me leave when I cried loudly. Do you see any respect to life, or care for the pet or owner in this case? If you search Yelp review, youll find other cases that small animal died in their clinic. I would give them negative review if possible.

We have been taking our dog to MVVC for quite a while now. She is now almost 16, and has various "issues." Our experience with the doctors and staff at MVVC has been excellent. They have always been helpful, working with us to either fix or ameliorate the problem(s), as well as helping us to improve our care for Madie. This can be anything from diet and exercise changes to learning how to give IV fluids under the skin. (Fortunately, I havent had to do any surgery on my own!). I would happily recommend Mission Valley Veterinary Clinic to anyone looking for a friendly, helpful, and extremely caring place to take their pets.

We have two babies, a schnauzer mix and a min pin who think they are king and queen of the house. Weve taken our schnauzer to Mission Valley Vets for some years now and just started taking our min pin as a puppy. The care and attention to our dogs is great. You can tell they really care. The staff is very friendly and the vets are wonderful, especially Dr. Edelman. They give you an itemized print out for you to look at before anything is done to your pet so there are no surprises. I would highly recommend Mission Valley Vet to anyone.

I was very happy with the care that my little Shih Tzu puppy received just a few days ago. She had the rabies vaccination at a previous veterinary clinic and had a horrible reaction. The drive to that clinic is far too long in an emergency situation that we were in. Mission Valley is just a few minutes from my home. We were seen by Dr. Harper who took time to explain and advise on every question I had and every possible scenario that could take place. My puppy seemed happy when returning to me after her 3rd puppy shot.

I am now on my second generation of cats receiving service at Mission Valley Veterinary Clinic. I have been extremely happy with the care and attention all of the staff has given in the past and in the present. Staff members are very knowledgable and experienced. They make it a happy experience when I take my pets there. When I had to visit on less happy occasions they were very thoughtful and helpful. I would highly recommend Mission Valley Veterinary Clinic.

Okay, Im a crazy animal lady. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats. Ive taken my animals here for 20 years. The receptionists and vet techs are always very friendly and kind with my animals. The vets are very caring which is part of the reason they get animals My complaints are the wait time, and the cost for services. Even when I bring my animals in a bit early, they dont take us in for typically 1/2 hour. I still swear by them the dogs & cats are well cared for.

Ive been bringing my pets here since 1987. My furry family members have always received the best care, and at a reasonable cost. My current cat is feisty and hates strangers, yet the staff are so gentle with her its unbelievable... and they are not left in shreds, so they are definitely doing something right!!

When I came in at the schedule time, the doctor was ready to see Bella. The price was right and the diagnosis was accurate. Within a few days, Bellas rash was gone. The staff were friendly. I highly recommend to anyone.
