I had horrible service from Denise tonight. When I attempted to ask her a question regarding getting more Trifecsis (sp) for our dogs she talked to me in a very badgering tone of voice. I told her that I had repeated poor service from her to which she retorted it was because "YOU HAVE TROUBLE WITH PEOPLE OF COLOR". Now I am more than angry with her, When she finally got her supervisor on the phone (Debi) I explained my displeasure with her comment and Debi and I hung up with an understanding that the comment was not appropriate. All was good and I left to do my dog training with PetsMart. Well I thought all was good. No Denise continued to bad mouth me to PetsMart employees at the cash register as she left the building.This was after she knew I had talked to Debi (she dialed the phone!). Denise is a hinderance to you business. Once we have completed our wellness contract, we will not be returning to Banfield and we will make sure that we do not recommend this location to anyone, in fact we was discourage anyone from using this location.
