I called for an appointment yesterday and was given a 8:30 AM appointment the next day. When I confirmed the appointment was told that I am not scheduled for that day. They are willing to accommodate me like it was a favor. I ended up going to another vet in Fair Oaks area with no problem. This is not the first time I had problems with this vet. When I brought Maya there before regarding the lump in he stomach, the vet said that it was cancer by just looking at it. It will cost at least 2700. I went to another vet clinic for another opinion. Turned out that it was not cancerous and it did not cost me 2700.

Dr. True and the support staff here are all very friendly, efficient, and compassionate. They were able to accommodate me last minute when my pet had an urgent illness, and I wasnt even a patient of theirs! Dr. True was sensitive to the fact that i am a college student and my budget is limited and instead of guilting me into spending money she worked with me to find a therapy that was effective and affordable. I have been vet hopping for a while in an effort to find a good fit and I have finally found my forever vet office! I would absolutely recommend this office.

I am not sure what Sputters is talking about... but I just took my orange tabby in for some mouth complications. The staff there are amazing. Really friendly, very informative, and very empathetic to both my needs and my pets needs. Dr. Patty Nicholas was our main caretaker, she is extremely knowledgeable, communicative, and really loves her animals. This was only my 2nd and 3rd time to this vet, but I will be coming here for years and years to come now. Thanks again Sac Animal Hospital, from Tyler and Oliver.

I take my cat and dog here for their annual checkups, vaccinations and any concerns I have. The staff is always friendly and professional, and they are genuinely concerned about my pets health, both physical and mental (my cat is a psycho, go figure). Theyre so thorough theyll call you back to check how your pet is doing. I got my feline spayed here as well and they have been there for me through every step of the process and recovery. Their prices are half of those at VCA. I strongly recommend this clinic.

I was refered to this clinic by a vet supply rep who has seen and heard it all. Dr. True was everything I want in a vet. She took her time with the exam, gave me some great recommendations. She isnt just a vet, she is a dog person and by coincidence owns the same breed. Banfield is cheaper, I live within a block of vet clinic, but I take time off from work and drive across town to go to Sacramento Animal Hospital. .

An amazing crew. They have been our personal and our rescue organizations vets for over 17 years. We raise and rescue Great Pyrenees and have taken every one of our own dogs to them. In addition, they have seen probably 90% of the rescues that have come through our group, totaling probably over 400 dogs over the last 17 years. Top notch people.

Ive been bringing my many cats and old dogs her for 12 years. They have always -- and I mean always -- been kind to me, especially when I had to say goodbye to a few cats and old Shawnee. You will not find a better group of vets anywhere and the staff are terrific as well. Now if they would only bring back the Hershy Kisses at the desk...

The staff and doctor were great. They handled a new cats person (me) kindly. I cried the whole visit/ Nothing was wrong. They were changing my meds! I can say that they are not cheap. I dont have money to burn so Im judicious about visiting. I felt they were up front about costs and expectations. Another great pet care group.

The service here is amazing. All of the staff are compassionate and knowledgeable. Dr. Cohn especially helped when our elderly cat got sick. With her help, we were able to have several great months with our cat before we had to say goodbye. Were very grateful to all of the staff for their wonderful care.

Every visit they have a new vet. One vet was dishonest on another occasion, incompetent. Under treat is common here, so you have to keep coming back. But, they do it with such a nice smile, you may hardly mind, but your pet will and so may your pocketbook.

My poor kitty was hit by a car yesterday, and the people here were kind, compassionate, and got him in right away. They made sure he wasnt in pain, and took loving care of him. I am very grateful they are around. Thank you for being so good to us.

I heard these guys were kind of expensive, but really, I was so relieved when they gave me the bill. I literally said "I love you guys" Broadway guy was my old vet. He did me good, but these folks won my heart.

Dr. Weaver is our favorite vet here. Shes very caring and compassionate, and easy to talk to. We love her! She has gotten our kitty through several health problems with a lot of love and support.
