Back in 2011 I got into a bad car accident and started to receive chiropratic treatment by Dr. Day . Never really understanding what chiropractic was all about Dr.Day and his staff educated me with tons of amazing useful inspirational information! It truly made me look at life differently :) My headaches started to improve and my health was getting better I have not taken any medication besides my daily vitamins in years! I have been maintaining my schedule with Dr.Day religiously and am now 4 months pregnant and excited in 6 months to have him examine my newborn !!! I highly recommend Dr.Day at Sovita Chiropractic Waterbury !! He and his staff are the best :)

Where should I start?? I have gone to him a few years back and he helped me tremendously. I recently came back with whiplash and some lumbar pain and spasms this week. I dont how he did it but I walked out after one session in zero pain!! I dont know if he has special powers but hes got skill! Awesome staff, clean office and exam rooms. Complete professionalism and care. Dont waste your time with other doctors that make false promises. He is the best!!! I am completely satisfied and going to continue to get treatment from him and recommend him to everyone!

Dr Day and the staff at Capital Chiropractic are fantastic, just their energy and attitude make you feel better. Ive been going for about 2 months after back surgery and they have done wonders for me. Two thumbs up
