If I could give 0 stars I would, 0 stars for the staff not the chiropractor. I never even got to see the chiropractor so I obviously cant rate him. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by customer service/office staff, etc. in my life! ERIC SHOULD BE FIRED for his bad attitude and astonishingly unprofessional and downright rude behavior! I made an appointment yesterday with Eric at after 4pm, less than an hour before they close and the appt was scheduled for this morning. I specifically asked if they would accept my Groupon and he said yes. This morning I called to say I was running late to my appointment and Eric literally BERATED me over the phone! He exclaimed that I needed to give notice and that it isnt fair, he couldve filled my spot with someone else. Then I very nicely and calmly reminded him that I made the appt yesterday afternoon (less than an hour before closing) so how could I give notice for an appt in the am? On a side note- how could he have found someone else in less than an hour to come in the next morning? He talked down to me and scolded me harshly, the way an adult scolds a child. I cant help but think that he felt free to speak to me in such a condescending tone because I have a young sounding female voice. I seriously doubt he wouldve spoken to a man like that. I spoke kindly and apologetically, and explained that I was coming from far away (I had already driven 40 min at that point). I said I was sorry and asked to reschedule. In response Eric told me that he would not reschedule me. He refused to reschedule me! (Thats a first for me!) He exclaimed exactly "youre blowing us off!" Im literally not allowed to ever go there because in his exact words "we were doing you a favor letting you use a Groupon and youre coming here late!" He exclaimed it twice! If a patient using a Groupon makes him that angry then this chiropractor should not be on the Groupon site to begin with. I called Groupon and filed a complaint. Groupon credited me the amount I paid and said they will take action and contact the office. I very rarely write reviews but I was wronged and I should speak up. GOOD LUCK to anyone who has to deal with Eric, he is clearly a miserable man who takes out his aggression on others.

Lou Cofrancesco is an AMAZING healer. He is intuitive, generous with his time and has helped so many people heal from back and neck problems that other doctors couldnt figure out. The best!
