A public aid dental clinic. The ladies at the front desk are rude with the exception of one girl, I wish I knew her name. They stare at you, Ive caught one in particular staring at my husband. I honestly have no idea how they keep their job with how bad their attitudes are. They look like something out of gangsters paradise. My son sees the orthodontist, the actual dentist that comes around to visit for less than 5 minutes is very nice. The assistants adjusting the braces seem clueless, almost as if they have had no training whatsoever. Most of them are Hispanic and speak Spanish, while they work on my son which is so disrespectful. My 3 year old daughter needed some work they wouldnt let me go back in the room for her x-rays because of HIPPA which is baloney because the whole office is an open room where they discuss patients information in front of anyone thats sitting in the area. I told them either you let me go back or shes not having the xrays. So we skipped the xrays. Made an appointment a couple weeks later for my daughter to have a crown put on. The dentist that worked on her seemed nice. Until my daughter started crying. Why did my daughter cry? The dental assistant wasnt using the suction straw properly and my daughter was choking on water. I yelled hey, stop! You people cant hear the water thats gargling in the back of my daughters throat??! For the love of God. This dentist and assistant were completely incompetent. The dentist had the nerve to yell at my daughter telling her to stop. I said your not going to talk to my daughter like that so stop what your doing. The dentist got up and left the room. This was the first time my daughter had ever had a shot of anesthesia, or had any fillings done and through 70% of this procedure she was fine, watching TV no issues even when she got the shot she was fine, brave for a 3 year old. Until this incompetent dental assistant stopped doing the simple task of suctioning water. This bad experience has made it difficult for her new dentist. I will never bring her back to this office. Im not going to have whats supposed to be a specialist in pediatric dentistry yell at my 3 year old daughter or me because her assistant isnt trained on how to suction water. The woman in the finance department is extremely nice and understanding. Shes willing to work with you if your one of the few that arent on public aid and pay out of pocket. This practice would be so much better if the staff had better training, practices, work ethic and values. Once my sons braces are off, we high tailing it somewhere more competent.

Horrible location. The staff was unbelievely rude particulary when Im told I cant accompany my children. I asked if i could just sit with them and she said "No" without an explaintion. She said I could sit in the lobby and wait for them. "Um no I would like to be with my kids." I asked why and the staff member stated, "What do you think were going to do to them?" What?????? No no no. I told the staff member she couldnt keep me away from my children and I walked in to find my children. I told her she was being rude and unappropriate. She ignored me and presented herself with an attitude. Then she tells my child to follow her and disappears. We went looking for her and I mentioned she shouldve waited for us. Her response was, "I thought you were right behind." Well maybe she shouldve checked." No she just walked away. She looked back and rolled her eyes at us. My daughter was so uncomfortable. Thank you for making my kids experience at the dentist horrible.

Went to this office today and decided to never ever return. First, The dental hygienist who worked with my 7 year old was very rude.. Never explained anything to her and ignored the fact she was uncomfortable. I couldnt ignore the fact that when she took the sterile instruments that shed be using out of the packages she didnt even wear gloves. She never once spoke to me and when she did speak to my daughter she would just rudely say " its just a cleaning, stop ". When the dentist arrived to examine my daughters teeth she didnt even introduce herself. I honestly didnt even know she was the dentist. In the room where all the cleaning is done there are multiple people sitting next to each other. There is no separations. Horrible.

I have had only good experiences here. My 7 year old daughter likes the dentist and the hygienists have always been very kind to her, even when shes uncomfortable getting x-rays taken. I also have gone here for my own dental work and the only time I didnt have a 100% good experience is with one particular hygienist who must be a smoker because her hands reeked of it, even through the gloves. Her demeanor was still great. Otherwise, the dental staff have always been pleasant and professional.

Horrible service when it comes to commication, I called to inquired about a request update on my sons insurance to do a procedure. Receptionist tells me oh its back and hes been approved would you like to schedule. Then 1hr before appointment I left work early pulled my son from school she calls to say insurance claim was not summited yet and cancelled appointment it would take 3 weeks now! Are you serious! Lost my time at work and he lost his day at school all for you not doing your job right!

Cavities are never pleasant but the doctor and assistant made my kid feel at ease and the job was done smoothly. Also a pleasant receptionist staff. For the reviews on not being able to accompany their child, I understand its their policy but just kindly insist because you can always just take your service somewhere else. Ive been taking kids here for over a year and its never been a problem.

This place is 100% terrible I got referred to them in June for my 2 year old they schedule my appointment to call me the day of to say they didnt schedule my sons appointment with a pediatric dentist and they had to reschedule a whole month later and then call 3days before his appointment to say that they couldnt sedate him like they knew that a month ago

Fantastic dentist great with kids. My daughter loves them and isnt afraid of the dentist anymore. They have a mini movie theater in the waiting room and netflix tvs in each of the rooms for the kids to watch during procedures. I dont understand what the other reviews are saying. This office is wonderful.

I love this dental center. I have a son who is on the autistispectrum with significant sensory issues and they have from Dayou one been wonderful with him. They have explained to both he (18yo) as well as myself what they were doing good every step of the way. All my kids are very comfortable there.

Seriously, if my insurance company would let me go to another place, I would. I had to wait 20 minutes on hold just to reschedule and then was hung up on! When I called back and told the receptionist this issue, no apology was given! I will definitely be looking for another dentist for my kids.
