I absolutely love Dr.Vo she is fantastic and fabulous. She is also very kind hearted. Its hard for me to choose new doctors since I have moved to Dallas but I am so glad I chose her, it was a great decision. If your looking for a good place to go she is your lady. Very caring when it comes to patients needs and genuinely cares about each and every one of her patients. It had been 6 months since my last visit which was an emergency visit. I came in today for my yearly eye exam and she made me feel welcome especially since she remembered, and remembered details of our last visit, that made me feel cared for and valued as a patient. Thank you Dr. Vo. Keep rocking out, your awesome!!!

Dr. Vo and her staff are amazing. Any time I have a question or concern they are VERY friendly and patient. This is extremely helpful for someone like me who struggles with anxiety on a daily basis. Whenever Im worried about my contacts they keep me calm and make sure all my questions are answered and I understand everything. Even with my insurance switch they made sure to give me important information up front so that I didnt come to my appointment unprepared. I plan on going to Dr Vo for all of my eye care needs, even for my theater contacts for cosplay!

Dr. Vo is wonderful. She was very thorough in explaining everything she was doing during the exam process. I have an astigmatism and she explained to me clearly what that meant (something other doctors never really did) it took a few tries until we found the best contacts prescription for me but thanks to her patience and attention to detail I see better than ever. The office is clean and conveniently located at the Super Target in Plano on the Dallas Parkway. I will be going to Dr. Vo for all my eye care needs from now on!

My little ones and I love Dr. Vo and her new office is in such a convenient location. So much to do there as well as get our annual check-ups. I have gone to eye doctors who make my concerns feel like a waste of time, but Dr. Vo has always been very thorough and thoughtful with her observations. We are very excited for this new chic office with their wide selection of eye wear to shop from. It is such a relief when you finally have reliable care, so I hope this helps anyone else who is looking for a considerate optometrist.

Dr. Vo is terrific! She is friendly, attentive, helpful, patient, and highly professional. I saw her for monovision contacts. Her diagnosis was spot-on. She coached me through getting accustomed to them way more than I was due. Despite me asking what I thought were out-of-the ordinary requests, she went the extra mile for me.
