I went there last week, she refused to do general cleaning and said I needed deep root cleaning. She said if not shell have to refer me to the specialist. She tried to sell laughtjng gas as well. I really needed my teeth cleaned so I went ahead and signed up for the deep root cleaning. I paid $355 for it. According to my orthodontist I have perfect teeth and gums and did not need that. She sucked me right into her scam. She said the same to my husband and my husband straight up told her that I dont have that kind of money. My little one had an appointment yesterday that I needed to cancel. No one answers the phone, there is no voicemail to leave a message. I tried 3 times yesterday. Then I got a call back stating that Ill be charged a no show fee because I did not call to cancel. I will never go to design dental again! Dr Patrick is a scam. I am filing a complaint against her with my insurance company today as well.

This place sucks, 1st the store hours are completely different then the hours they are open, we had an emergency I kept calling & leaving message, but my calls were not returned I even drove by the place the sign said they were open, but they were closed. Finally after 4 days I got a hold of someone & told we need appointment asap, they gave app a month later, I took it because I needed to see the dentist, guess WHAT I call a day before to confirm my appointment they made me cancel it because they were open the day before so they do not want to come in that day I and probably countless other people’s appointments were cancelled. Who does business like this, I hate this place, and people do not go to the dentist for fun, most people. If you don’t believe me go ahead you will regret it, I would do anything to avoid going to this dental practice.

Sherin at the front desk is pretty sweet and the new Chinese lady is funny. Overall experience is 3 out 5. The first time, I came here they couldnt do much work because I was pregnant. The second time, the machines were not working. So I have to reschedule the appointment.

Sergio is a very honest and an excellent professional. He detected a small growth on my wife throat, when we went to the doctor he treated it and told us that we were very lucky to find it on an early stage. I am personally very satisfied with his work and reasonable fees.

Seemingly high quality and nice staff. but beware of getting sucked into having expensive treatments. I got billed for something I didnt need, AND for something I didnt even have.
