I think the most interesting thing about my visit with this office is that if they examine you and see you need major work done, they will offer to do it right then and there and not string you along to schedule new appointments or send you to specialists. They did this for all three of the patients that were getting worked on the day I was there. They do an excellent job of constructing a bill for you and itemizing everything clearly, denoting which parts your insurance plan covers, and they present it to you and make sure you understand it before you consent. They also hook you up and get you approved right away for a Care Credit account to help pay for what your insurance doesnt cover. I was extremely impressed. Of course, the dentist, Dr. A.J. Vilderman is cool as a cucumber.

This has to be one of the friendliest and caring dental office I have been to in years. They do their very best to make you feel comfortable. Everyone in this office makes you feel like you are their top patient you will leave there knowing you got the best possible care. You will receive the best smile from Harbor Dental west Sacramento. I recommend that no matter what insurance carrier you have you make your appointment here. They will make you feel so glad you did.

This place may seem helpful but the fact is they claim you need certain treatments and offer it same day so that you cant change your mind. First, they tried to pull my moms tooth when it wasnt necessary and then they told us she needed a new bridge worth $5000 since we are cash pay patients. We went to a different office for a second opinion. All she needed was a root canal, $700 minus a cash pay discount. We will never go back to this office.
