Good luck getting these people on the phone; I am good, even very good, and was highly motivated, and was nearly homicidal after the first hour with their phone tree. And dont even think of trying to remain on the line so someone will assist you, you naive silly you. As if. That lady thinks it is ridiculous that she would know anything about anyones appointment or any clinics phone number

I just got off the phone (9:46am til 10:30am)with this young disrectful rude girl that apparently thinks she knows everything oh my God help her let go of her pride cause "pride comes before the fall" girl Im talking from experience not judgement in any way!!!
