Myself and my son who was 8 years old at the time, visited Felines several times over a year and a half at least. She was professional and kind to my son. However, i feel she preformed unnecessary proceedures. I spent over a thousand dollars on my son, who she told me had a "problematic mouth", tight spaces etc.... she filled 10 cavities in the time we visited her. Our new dentist, has never found a cavity in the last year and claims my son has great teeth that may never need orthodontic work. As for myself, all was fine till she one day said i had a hairline fracture in a tooth that i had filled when i was a teenager. i was not experiencing any problems at the time. She actually told me there were two teeth with the same problem. I let her do the work which has never been right, i still cant bight down on anything hard, like a chip. I have been back to try and fix the tooth twice. Thank goodness i only let her work on one of the teeth. Two years later, i am still not experiencing any problems with the other tooth she told me was cracked. My new dentist has confirmed that i do not have any cracked teeth. I only have a problem with the tooth she worked on. On a lighter note, her hygienist is the best.

I am not a fan going to dentists at all. But Mrs. Tipton and her staff were very kind, helpful, and they made a comfortable situation out of what I considered a nightmare situation. They take Care Credit here which was extremely helpful in my dire financial situation. I had an extraction and replacement that didnt go as planned, but Mrs. Tipton were very understanding and even refunded some money since part of the surgery didnt take. I highly recommend her to anyone in the area who has an immediate need for dental help. If you need work done or just a cleaning, give them a call! Great doctor, great staff and an overall great experience!

Very nice and professional staff, especially since I havent been to a dentist in a while. They called a few times with openings sooner than my scheduled appointment which was much appreciated (even if I couldnt make them). Very informative and thorough. Highly recommend to others!

Cindy the hygienist does a thorough job. The staff and Dr. Tipton are cheerful and accommodating. They do everything to make the visit as comfortable and relaxing as possible.
