I usually do not post google reviews, but this time I HAVE TO. If I could give a negative star, I would. This place almost KILLED my daughter. I took my daughter in one Saturday for her first two-year-old well cleaning. We were called to the back, asked to stand on weighing scale, then the technician was ready to give her some medication orally through syringe. I stopped her and asked, "why is she getting medication?" She replied, "isnt she coming here for treatment? to pull teeth? I need to put her to sleep so that we can proceed!" I quickly withdrew her from the area and took her to front desk and asked, "Why is the tech at back giving her medication as she is coming in for well exam?!" My daughter is usually calm when she sees doctors, and she is not here to pull teeth!" Front desk told me to sit down and they will get Dr. Terry Lee when he finished other patient. After 30 minutes, Terry Lee called me and my daughter to the back office, explaining to me why my daughter was called to the back as "wrong patient". He told me he got the understanding that when front desk was telling a terrible story to the tech that there will be a "crazy mom bring her daughter in for procedure", the technician was having my daughters chart in hand. The tech assumed that the patient (my daughter) that she was about to call was the one in the story, and she assumed that the mother in the story was me. And of course, she did not check the chart before pulling patient to the back by verifying name, DOB, and reason for visit. The lobby was chaotic on weekend. It was loud and busy. However there was no excuse for a "near-miss mistake". Terry Lee quickly apologized and said "this my business, and I will make it right. Give us chance to make thing up. If your daughter and family ever come to our clinic, we will take care of you 100% from now until 99 years-old." I believed his sincerity. He even gave me his personal cell phone number and stating to contact him if there is any issue. We live 30 minutes away from his clinic. I traveled far to here because, 1. the practice has been great reviews consistently. 2, Terry Lee and his associates have decent education (if you know, from Columbia University). I let things go and believed his verbal garbage that day. We are all human and we can make mistakes. Two months later, I brought my son in for dental issue and soon I got a bill from the office. The staff and tech were all Hispanic girls running the front and back rudely. I called and expressed my concern, and even thought the two front girls witness the incident of my daughter, they were rude stating "things were over. No money, no service!". I called and texted Terry Lee, he ignored our concerns and has forgotten his promise. His day moved on and things were brushed it off like nothing happened. His words were swallowed and gone. I am also in profession. He could have been reported to Texas Dental Board for near miss case, but I was too soft as I trusted him the day of the incidence. Running a business without true ethics will not receive the blessings in long run from people and Higher God who is watching. I am hoping others can take this review seriously and look into his fake smile. You do not want yourself or your loved one to be "put to sleep" unnecessarily. Shame on Terry Lee for his dishonesty and irresponsibility. All I can say is BE AWARE and BE AWARE of negative reviews.

My daughter, husband and two nephews have been patients at signature smiles for about 2 years now. In the beginning they were great and we really enjoyed their service. My daughter needed a filling on the surface of one of her back teeth and thats when I got my first experience of the real Dr Yeh. He allowed my husband and in the room and was extremely rude to me, all the while smiling as if that made it better. He told you "you know how YOU moms are" (Im black) and I said "no. please explain to me." He went on to say that he just mean that moms are over-protective. Then he semi-yelled at my daughter (who was 6 at the time) because she wasnt cooperative (she was sedated and has never been that way before and was extremely uncomfortable). I chalked it up to the fact that the office was very busy that day and he was under stress. At her appointment 6 months ago he was again very rude and short. The office has a lot of staff turn over lately and it seems like every time you go in theres an entirely new support team. Dr Yeh got angry and scolded one of the hygentist because she asked him to look over my daughters X-rays. He told her "why do I have to look at them when you have. tell the mother what needs to be done and send them home" in front of me as if I wasnt there. Then he looked at my daughters X-rays and said "oh. she has big horse teeth" in front my my child and to me. That was the final straw. I left and will never return. The office is clean but is now soo busy that you should plan to spend several hours waiting. There is a game room but good luck playing as many people bring children who dont have appointments with them and the room stays packed. The support staff is nice and friendly, except when you dont answer your phone for appointment verification (they called me once while I was working and couldnt answer and when they called back they said "weve been calling and calling you"...). Overall it would be better if they scheduled their appointments better and get rid of Dr Yeh. My husband, nephews, and daughter will not be returning thanks to Dr Yeh, his attitude and lack of professionalism. I hope that you take heed and really consider your options when choosing this place as your dental provider. If you go, request that you not see Dr Yeh to avoid belittling and insults.

This place has no consideration for elderly african american people based on my experience. Its a little disheartening to know that Yelp could lead me wrong, all of those reviews must be abt children and adults under 50. I had just moved to this side of town, and my grandmother needed to get quite a bit of work done. I yelped a dentist in the area and saw all of the stars this place had. I knew I was going to spend some money and wanted to find an establishment worthy of our business. Long story short over $4,500 later, my grandmother got a root canal and porcelain crown. While awaiting arrival of permanent crown, the temp fell out several times and her almost swallowing it. Each time week after week, i had to take her in for them to put it back on. Permanent came in, the shade did not match her other teeth, they had us come in 2 or 3 times and sent it back for shade correction. Today I take my grandmother in for her cleaning that They called me to ask if I wanted to schedule. I scheduled time off work and brought her in, just for them to tell me that they do not accept her insurance and it will be $157 cash or no service. They should have checked the insurance before they asked us to come in. Ridiculous! I personally spoke with dr. Yeh shortly after my grandmother had her services in the past, and because of her experience we had an arrangement established for her cleaning, so this took me off guard when they told me to pay $157. I asked her to call Dr. Yeh, the manager on duty said he was on vacation and could not be disturbed. So then I asked her if she could bill me because I was not prepared to pay that today I was not previously informed, and she said no, and we cannot service your grandmother if you dont pay before service. Wait! I saw them checking everyone out after they had their service, what makes us different? Her and the rest of the staff sat there and watched me and my disabled grandmother walk out of that dentist office, to never return again. Too much stress. This is 90% all Hispanic woman staff.
