Horrible, horrible customer service. Tried to make an appointment with them after finally getting dental insurance. They had one spot available, almost a month away, and told me they were in a temporary location in some other dentists office in another part of town, which I had to Google myself, since I dont have the street address of every dentist in the county memorized. Showed up 10-15 minutes early per their instructions, and there was NO ONE THERE. Office and parking lot completely empty. I stood in the cold for 10 minutes on the phone with the actual dentist whose office it was (thank goodness for iPhones) before the phone message told me they opened...half an hour after my scheduled appointment. Did not have time to push schedule back that far, as I had work, so left them a message explaining the situation and asking them to call me back to reschedule. Never heard from them again. I work in retail and understand the value of customer service...this is appalling. You make me find my own way to some random place and schedule me for an appointment that is outside of your office time, and then make NO ATTEMPT to reschedule or even call to apologize? Inexcusable. Dont ever use this dentist; I am telling everyone I know how horrible she is. Even if shes skilled and friendly in the office, this kind of treatment to new patients is obnoxious.

This place is absolutely horrible, and unprofessional. I have left multiple messages, and have called time and time again. I received 90% of the time nothing back, not only did I get the excuse "its only been me here", but the receptionist knew who I was on the phone and didnt remember me after the 4-5 messages I left them through out the week. I then had to go in cause my messages were still not being answered and signed a release form cause theres no way I want these people in my mouth again. Then what do you know, they still havent sent off our Xrays to the new dentist we asked for and it had been 3 days already. Its pretty horrible to when you might need a serious surgery, but what do they care its just a paycheck to them. If your staff cant handle the office then you need to get a better staff, cause at this point I do not understand why you have your license.

Dr. Bautistas office is chaios. I wish I could give negative stars. I should have known when I had my first appointment and the patient before me was practically yelling at Dr. Bautista about the work she had done on him. But she seemed so sweet at first, now I know it was just superficial to sucker me into her horrible office. The whole staff is under trained and have no idea what they are doing. I was never been seated on time, it always take HOURS longer than it should have, they have no idea about dental insurance. They called my at least 3 times to change my appointment time, and they still didnt get me in on time. Dr. Bautista is not foucused or passionate about dentistry, just money. Her and her equipment is outdated and need to go back to school, save yourself a lot of headaches. DONT GO TO SONIA R. BAUTISTAS OFFICE!!!!!!!!!

Batista is the best! She has done the most amazing work on me. I was down south and chipped a tooth . I had to go to an emergency apointment with a random dentist. When I was in their chair the dentist working on me was amazed at the quality of work Sonya had done on me. So much so that he had to go get the other dentists in the office to show them my teeth. Anyone giving this office a bad review is having some other issue. I always feel at home from when i walk in untill i leave. I owe my teeth to Sonya and her crew.

Went in once and was told they could not find my appointment after setting it up on the phone, filled out paper work for an hour so that when I came in the next time or would already be done. Second appointment they had lost my paper work from before... 1 1/2 hours later and I am still not being worked on yet...

This dentist is personable as well as professional and sincere. Dr BAUTISTA does not exaggerate your dental problems. She gives honest analysis. I have heard that her work is at an extremely high level. (Have not needed to find out first hand ). She also does excellent hygiene---nothing like a dentists touch!

Dr. Bautista and staff are always professional and caring. She is by far the best dentist our family has ever had. We feel very fortunate to have found her when we first arrived in Arcata years ago and are happy to make the drive to her new office in Eureka to continue such a positive relationship.

We really, really like Dr. Bautista and her staff. They are very kind and helpful. We were very impressed on how quick (the next work day) we were able to get an appointment when my husbands crown came loose (the crown was put on by a different dentist many years ago). We do recommend Dr. Bautista.
