new32 Dentistry is by far the best dental experience I have ever had, for a variety of reasons. Dr. Jacobsen and Dr. Shaw run a top notch practice providing a relaxing, calming complete experience for their patients. They have created a friendly, welcoming atmosphere which immediately helps puts patients at ease the minute they walk in the door. They exude professional confidence and genuinely care about the welfare of their patients. The office staff is very efficient in terms of scheduling, appointment reminders and follow ups. Dr. Jacobsen and Dr. Shaw are well-connected within the community and therefore they are able to recommend and refer patients to other reputable dental professionals for any necessary procedures that need to be done but that are outside of their scope. I was extremely pleased with the doctor that Dr. Jacobsen referred me to for a gum graph I needed to have done, I was also very impressed with the partnership between the two of them which made the entire process a piece of cake for me! Dr. Jacobsen is very meticulous with her procedures and I appreciate her conservative approach towards dentistry. She takes the time to make sure her work is done professionally and is of the best quality, so you never feel rushed and there is no upselling or pressure to get unnecessary dental work done. I highly recommend new32 Dentistry and would honestly be surprised if you werent extremely pleased with your experience with them!

This office and staff are amazing! I have had mouth issues since I was a small child: teeth wouldnt fall out so they were all pulled out, mouth is too small so I had permanent teeth pulled out, my permanent teeth came in all crooked so I had braces for 5 years and the list goes on and on. My point is I have been to many dental offices in my life and New32 is top notch! I see Dr. Jacobsen and she is always such a pleasure to work with. I love her honesty. I have a tooth where the gums are receding a little bit and instead of jumping the gun and telling me to get it fixed now, we have been watching it for the last year to make sure isnt getting worse and giving me ideas on how I can prevent surgery. I appreciate this so much since I have no idea when the right time is to have something like this fixed. The office is beautiful and well decorated... and most of all very clean. I would recommend New32 and Dr. Jacobsen in a heartbeat and I always do to all my friends and family. They are simple the best in Seattle!

A word of gratitude to Danielle who handles all the details regarding appointments, billing, insurance and much more. She is always extremely personable, knowlege- able, well-informed and patient whether seeing you in the office or talking with you over the phone. All I can say about this place is WOW. The office is impeccable, and despite that all things dental and medical usually make me want to run for the hills, I find I almost look forward to visiting. Dr. Shaw is hands down the best practitioner Ive come across. Over the years, Ive worked my way through quite a few, never quite happy with my experience. Until now. Dr. Shaw takes pride in taking care of my teeth like they are her own - she is thorough and meticulous, going above and beyond to make sure all is in order. I really admire her approach - honest in her recommendations, complete in her explanations, patient, but yet never forcing me to have something done. And her work is top notch quality: Dr. Shaw is a perfectionist and her dentistry reflects that. What a gem.

What an incredible dental office to get any work done! Besides looking amazing (I thought I had walked into a spa), the staff is extremely friendly and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable during the entire process. I even received a follow-up call from Dr. Shaw after my procedure just making sure that I was still comfortable. Talk about going above and beyond. The office itself is incredibly clean and all the equipment is brand new. You can choose your own Pandora/Spotify station or enjoy the flat screen TVs in each room. New 32 Dentistry was far better than my previous dentist and I highly recommend you call them for your next appointment. Truly an A+ establishment!

Great dentist office! Been going here for about 3 years now. Very clean, warm and inviting and most of all kid friendly! When I went to their "kids day" for my daughters 1st dental checkup when she was 2 year old, they were very patient and sweet with her. Didnt force anything and did a happy visit with her to just get her used to going to the dentist. Ive taken my younger son here also and have received the same great experience with him. On "kids day" the office is surrounded with kid friendly things so it makes it feel fun and inviting. We love Dr. Shaw & Dr. Jacobsen! Although we have just recently moved away, we plan to visit Seattle often and will continue taking our family here to this office every time we visit.

new32 and its dentists Dr. Jacobsen and Dr. Shaw are absolutely phenomenal. The environment of the office is warm and inviting and the treatment is absolutely first class all the way. Both dentists are beyond capable and take their work very seriously as evidenced by the time and care they spend on each patient. The bonding work done by the dentists at this office has lasted far longer on my teeth than that done by any other dentist! They have always given me practical, common sense advice on the care of my teeth without pushing other procedures on me that I either dont want or need. Additionally, this office utilizes all of the most cutting edge technology and procedures. I cannot recommend new32 enough!

I was visiting my daughter from out of town and had a dental emergency. My daughter referred me to her dentist Dr. Jacobsen. I was able to get an appointment the next day. I had the most awesome experience. Dr. Jacobsen and her staff were extremely kind and caring. She was able to give me a temporary solution to my complicated dental problem that more than met my expectations. She also gave me alternatives and choices. I have always had a fear of the dentist but felt totally at ease with her treatment and experienced no pain. I went home very happy. I would not hesitate to recommend her and if I lived in Seattle I would ask her to be my primary dentist.

My experience at new32 as a whole, was THE BEST dental visit I have ever had. The location is easy to access, plenty of parking. The office itself is modern, comfortable and inviting. Reception is welcoming and personal, and very helpful in scheduling my appointment and addressing my dental needs. The dental assistants are kind, caring, gentle and very professional. Both Dr. Jacobsen, and Dr. Shaw are excellent. They go above and beyond general dentistry, and understood my aesthetic concerns; giving me options and solutions than I had ever imagined. They have truly improved my way of living and I am so happy to be a patient! 1-10 rating, New32 is a 10!
