I arrived at the UW Dental School a year ago with many bad teeth from no access to a normal dentist for 12 years. I did not see a dentist due to limited finances, but... I got a fantastic student who was my main student who took great care of me. I had teeth pulled and other work done in 2 departments and everyone was super nice and very professional. Today after like 10 or 12 trips I am still very happy to be a patient. The cost is very very fair. Honestly I feel like I won a lottery when I got in to get help. Like a real blessing. A solution to an otherwise impossible problem. If you have dental problems of any kind and a little extra time, it is worth a few months wait to get in.

I have had 20 years of TERRIBLE dentist experiences, and Laurianne, Jessie, and Erich were THE BEST DENTISTS EVER!!!! They took their time to get to know my personal fears and when it began to hurt, stopped and listened to me... I cannot say enough about how wonderful these three third year students were... I did not even realize they were students until they were done.. UW IS DOING A WONDERFUL JOB and it definitely shows I have already set up to become a patient at their clinic along with my four children.. THANK YOU SO MUCH UW...

Hours and hours of diagnosis, examinations, x-rays, and probing but no effective treatment plan and no action on an emergent problem and infection. Terrible customer service and not much cost savings over a regular dentist. God it sucks being on medicaid.

absolutely horrible. better hope you get someone whos good or you will find yourself going in for dozens of appointments for a simple root canal. and end up losing the tooth anyways. would not wish this on anyone ever.

Very good care I believe with maybe one exception. With the less advantaged patients that they assist; the parking should be free. Not an acceptable fees for parking anywhere in the U of W system.
