I have been a patient of Dr. Arndt since 1997. I chose this office originally based on location and the demeanor of the receptionist at the time of my first call. I moved here from the east coast where medical/dental appointments were easy to book on a Saturday or weekend. I had called a few offices prior to this call and was told curtly that they did not have those hours. When I called Dr. Arndt, the receptionist, said, very nicely "Let me tell you our hours, you can write them down and see what works." They were all weekday hours and I chose one finally believing that is the way it was here. I have had several different procedures that all went well. I have moved out of the area and still come back and bring my children. When I moved out of the country, they were very helpful in providing records for my temporary dentist. Every procedure is explained clearly and options are given. I never feel rushed when I am in the chair. The office runs efficiently, staff are polite. There is virtually no turn over so I know - and feel comfortable- with all the hygienists. I highly recommend this office.

Dr Arndt is is a fabulous dentist; thorough and articulate. Tina is also an excellent hygienist. I am now retired so I researched buying individual insurance since I really wanted to stay with Dr Arndt. I called the office to get info on the private insurance they offered and I also asked if they accept Primera and was told they do. I decided to go with Primera, however when I received the bill, I was shocked by how little Primera paid for my cleaning and routine check-up. I spoke with the office and was told that Primera was out of network which is why my bill was so high. I really wish I had been told that prior to choosing this company or I would not have chosen them as Ive wasted money paying my monthly premiums. If you are in a position of needing individual insurance, please make sure the company you choose is in network with the dentist you choose and ask that question specifically so you are given correct information. I wasnt familiar with the Dentists in network with Primera so I cancelled my policy and am now without insurance. I am feeling a bit mislead.

He and his staff have provided nothing but high quality, friendly dental care: everything from routine cleaning to more involved procedures like extractions, root canals, and dental implants. Dr. Arndt is great. I thought it would be a hassle to change dentists a few years ago but am super glad that I did (wasnt really a hassle at all). His new office is state of the art and Arndt is extremely knowledgeable on all things Dentistry. Queen Anne is a cool place to hang out before or after the appointment, too. Really nothing but good things to say about this place.

I broke a tooth recently and Dr. Arndt was very clear and patient while he described my options to me. I ended up choosing to have a crown installed and the process went smoothly and relatively painlessly. I am not fond of visiting the dentist, but Dr. Arndt treats me like a friend and is always gracious and pleasant.
