I have been going to Sierra smiles for about 5 years and have referred multiple people in that time (which I received gratis for). They have some of the best customer experience I have encountered yet. They are friendly, receptive to your needs and are continuously working to make sure those needs are met. When you first arrive the front desk receptionist is always sweet, inviting, knows you by name and gets you checked in right away without even having to step up to the desk. The hygienist seems as if she was waiting for arrival and takes you right back where you are offered a paraffin hand wax or a warm aromatherapy neck pillow which are both lovely. I have had mostly wonderful experiences with the hygienists but am most impressed with Dr. Bocchi and Dr. Chealsea Dean. They both remember details from previous interactions (even up to 6 months ago) and seem genuinely interested in the events happening in your life. I would recommend anyone to this office and will continue to be a guest for as long as I possibly can.

Finding a good dentist is like finding gold. And this is what I have discovered at Sierra Smiles. Here is why this place is absolutely my favorite: 1) A warm welcome at the front desk -- every time, no matter what! 2) Appointments on time -- no matter what. I have been a patient for five years, and my wait times are kept to a minimum. 3) Neck pillows and paraffin hand wax offered at every visit -- to keep patients comfortable. 4) Large-screen TVs (with headsets) in every room -- helpful to drowning out those unpleasant dentistry noises! 5) A patient thank-you event once a year with giveaways and a bounce house (It rained last year and my kids loved being in a bounce house in the rain!) and 6) Last, but not least, exceptional dental care. In fact, I started taking my kids here after Sierra Smiles provided me with a lower cost estimate to fill cavities than their pediatric dentist did -- and this was using a new technique for surface cavities. You will love Summer and John, and all their dental staff, I promise.

I am new to Reno and didnt yet have a dentist. I had a tooth chip over the weekend and called Sierra Smiles first thing Monday morning. They were very friendly and were able to squeeze me in that same day to get it fixed! All of the staff were wonderful! Dr. Bocchi was friendly, down to earth, and very informative during the process! I highly recommend Sierra Smiles!

I Love Sierra Smiles!! They are a friendly staff, they are always on time, they give you the best care (Dr, Bocchi has even fixed a tiny chip in my tooth twice because I keep chipping it off), and they even give me a hand wax while they are cleaning my teeth. I love it! I differently feel like they are the best dentist I have ever been too.

Front office staff was very helpful when i mentioned that my insurance only covered a certain type of filling. Also Dr Dean was very nice, thorough and did a great job explaining and making sure i was welcomed into the office. Clean, quiet, and extremely comfortable. Super friendly across the board.
