Scheduled an appointment in conjunction with my sons orthodontist in order to extract a baby tooth that wasnt falling out on its own. Took the day off work in order to do three appointments (one to ortho to remove wires, then dentist, then back to ortho) only to be told when we arrived for the second appointment, that the dentist had no intention of doing the extraction because she had to get to know my son first. Im not sure anyone can get to know my son in one office visit, but thats what she wanted. When I was shocked and upset that they were refusing to do the extraction, even though wed made the appointment two months in advance--expressly to do the extraction--- she said "we dont strap children down to pull teeth." So, apparently thats what I was suggesting. Then she said she wouldnt even clean my sons teeth unless I was on board with how they do things. This is a dentist who is used to having her opinion and authority revered. Shes probably great with adults and little kids who do what theyre told, dont question authority, and can emotionally bond with a dentist in a single "introductory" office visit.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Allyson and Im more than happy to recommend her and share our fun and positive experience. Who would have thought that a dentist appointment could be so painless and so FUN! My 6 years old daughter had 3 fillings in her back teeth and everything went smoothly and painlessly. Very quickly after the treatment started, my daughter was totally immersed in watching a kids program on the TV screen hanging from the ceiling, while Dr. Allyson and Marissa treated her with great care and gentleness. My daughter did not feel a thing! nothing! not even the shot. I was shocked as I was mentally prepared for a much more intense experience. I have no doubts that my daughter would love to come back and see Dr Allyson anytime since she did not feel any discomfort or stress, she absolutely had a positive experience that will stay with her. I must comment on how gentle and sensitive Dr. Allyson and Marissa were making sure my daughter was comfortable the all time. I also must comment on how kids friendly and highly aesthetic the office looks and feels. Highly recommended.

My family has visited Kirkland Kids Dentistry 3 times in the past 2 months, and each visit was exceptional. First, my 5 year-old saw Dr. Dkeidek and Marissa for a mouth injury. They showed great concern for the injury, and gave my son proper treatment that will be ongoing. Next, all three of my kids went in for a teeth cleaning. Marissa did a wonderful job with them. She is really sweet, knowledgeable, and works very well with kids. Then, my daughter had a stubborn baby tooth pulled. Dr. Dkeidek and Marissa explained the procedure in detail and told me why the extraction was recommended. They took all of my questions and were very kind and patient. The extraction was quick and painless, my daughter got to watch Netflix during the procedure, and Marissa was sure to keep her calm and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this office. Dr. Dkeidek is a very smart dentist, she has provided a plethora of info about my childrens mouths, and she has answered any questions that I have had. Great experience! We will be going here for a long time!

We took our 18 month old to Dr. Dkeidek a few weeks ago and enjoyed the experience very much. Ive heard some fellow parents experiences with other pediatric dentists and they didnt come close to what we got. The office is new and still growing but the waiting area is well stocked with toys and books. The exam area is very spacious and allows siblings to stay together for exams. The assistant was very knowledgeable and walked us through what will happen before the doctor started. Dr. Dkeidek was thorough and patient with our little one and did the exam while she was on my lap for the most part. I dont have anything to compare it to but I feel like I was provided with all the information available, a useful goodie bag with a brush, flosser and stickers, and a very good dental cleaning for my child. She also indicated that there would a direct report sent to my childs pediatrician so all records remain current. This is a new office but not a new practice, as such I think it is a great addition to the Kirkland pediatric medicine community.

We LOVE Dr. Allison and her team! She is a mother, and totally gets it. My daughter was never rushed or pressured, they where always gentle, caring and patient, even when my girl refused to open her mouth, or needed to sit on my lap. I am so pleased that they respect my daughter and work with what they get (slightly blur x-ray, because my daughter didnt like the thing in her mouth? Good enough for them). The whole office is great. There are fun toys and books in the waiting room as well as inside, so little brother wont get bored. Do your little one a favor and go to this wonderful dentist (she sings the kids songs while checking their teeth!). Also: Best. Bathroom. Ever. Always clean and good smelling, a changing table, a high chair and a little stool are provided. Its spacious too!

We took our little one in for his first dentist appointment at 19 months old. We couldnt be happier with the overall experience - from check-in - to the waiting room (clean and full of toys) - to the actual cleaning. Dr. Dkeidek was a pro and natural at calming our little guy. There were some good demonstrations & distractions to get the little guy focused on what was about to happen. Just a quick, "What are you doing to me" scream when he laid back, then it was all chill and calm throughout. The doc gave us all the time we needed to ask questions, and gave us a few pointers for the future months ahead. If only all adult dentist appointments were this effortless! 5 stars!

From start to finish it was a great experience. Their staff is amazingly friendly, the doctor is very thorough and knows her stuff, and the atmosphere is very clean and kid friendly. Basically everything you want from a dentist. You can tell they care about their patients and the quality of work they do, but most importantly theyre very professional about everything. We were referred there by Radiant Smiles Dentist, which is equally as good as Kirkland Kids, after our appointment because of the specialty work that needed to be done. I would highly recommend both Kirkland Kids Dentristy and Radiant Smiles for your child(ren).

My children LOVE going to Kirkland Kids Dentistry! We were first introduced, by their in-school program, from my daughters pre-kindergarten class last year. Up until then we had some random (not kid-oriented) office dentist appointments, and had been looking for a great local kids dentist for our regular visits. We are so happy we found them here! The atmosphere is happy and fun! The staff is stellar with the kids! My 2 year old was comfortably examined and left without a fuss; impressive! We are grateful for the caring attention and service Kirkland Kids Dentistry provides. THANK YOU Dr. Allyson and All! :)

We had a great experience here! My daughter needed a lot of work done under general anesthesia. The staff made a potentially nerve wracking experience (mostly for me) a piece of cake. Everything went perfectly & recovery was no sweat. Her teeth work great & look great too. Update 6 months later: I transferred my daughters regular dental care here because we liked it so much. Dr. Allyson, the hygienists, and front desk staff are great. Its farther away than the previous dental office but worth it in my opinion.
