I have had Bright Now Dental before at a different location out of state from Arizona and recently had an emergency with one of my teeth that needed surgery right away. Well luckily there was a Bright Now Dental in Antioch that of course took care of me and helped me with my tooth. The staff here are great Joy was very nice who was in the front of the office and went over my financial options with my insurance, and so was my Dentist who was my life saver! There was some confusion with getting my insurance back on board and the other receptionist who normally answers calls wasnt much of help when I asked if she could look up the original insurance that I had before but they got it figured out towards the end. I like Bright Now Dental and would recommend them to everyone.

I was skeptical at first with their pricing until I compared them to others. My wife had her braces done for half the price our friends paid on getting theirs. They are also up to date with technologies they use on their clinics. Everyone is professional and actually care for our dental health. They always gave us options that works for us best. They are always very gentle with me and considerate to my needs. They go above and beyond. My dentist is helping me getting over my fear of being in her chair. Ive gone from crying hysterically every time because of being traumatized by Western Dental when they left a file in my mouth and caused me extreme pain, but not at Bright Now Dental. They always make sure Im comfortable and I so appreciate them

I ended up going to a different dentist for a second opinion after coming here because the dentist (here) told me I have an issue with my gum and needed an especial treatment and I need to pay out-of-pocket for anesthetic. I was surprised when she said that so I seek a second opinion. After getting the second opinion, it appears that my gum is healthy and no issues. I do NOT recommend this dentist..
