I usually dont write reviews, but I need to share this. I had done a couple of procedures at Dr Gandhis office, my first appointment everything was good and great the receptionist helped him during the procedure, he was kind and attentive, his office was neat, fancy and clean, so I decided to schedule another appointment for a cleaning and whitening, I thought I would have a great experience since he was 5 stars with the lasted technology, thats one of the reasons I chose him, I thought Id be on good hands!!!! I never thought that I would be the one who would give him one star, I wish I could give him cero stars, since he was so unprofessional, when I was getting the cleaning he had a different helper that time, I believe this guy was a student. Well, suddenly Dr. Gandhi asked him if he could go to the other room to get something and while this guy was gone, ( he sent him out of the room so he couldnt see what he would do to me)!!!. Dr Gandhi damaged my crown by filing it and he was trying to pull it down with a tool like trying to take it off, (I will never forget his face expression), he only knows what he did, (he is the "professional") I was very confused with what he was doing I tried to asked him why he was doing that but he didnt allow me to talk as he had his hands working on my mouth wide open. Well, I thought that it would not affect me, when he finished I was told that my crown has a hole and that needed to be replaced and that I had three cavities, it didnt pass that long when I started to have a lot of discomfort on my tooth with the crown while I was eating, he damaged my crown just to get more business, a crown that I never had problems for years until I visited Dr Gandhi. I paid him over-priced services with my hard working earned money thinking that I was on good hands of a professional, I would never recommend him to anyone but if you go there make sure you have a really good dental insurance since he over-priced the services and he would do anything to sell you procedures that you might not need, Recently I had my cleaning in a trusted location and they didnt find any cavities as he said, he is so unprofessional and he forgot about his ethics just to get more business.

LOVE! They did a wonderful job, I just cannot get over how pain free my entire experience was. Thank you Dr. Gandhi and your staff. I was in dire need of a root canal and I had been in pain for a week now, on antibiotics and pain medication. According to my dentist I needed a specialist after endless waiting list. I called Westgate Smiles. Google showed that the office was closed and I prayed that they had an answering service. There was no answering service but I did get a returned call moments after I hung up. AMAZING! I let Dr. Gandhi know my situation and I asked when was the next available appt was. He said he could see me the next day. Right off the bat I was ecstatic. Usually I have to wait a few days before getting in and especially on a procedure. The office is beautiful as if out of a magazine. Dr. Gandhi greeted me and gave me a tour of his office. I let him know I have a great fear of needles and he and his staff were very understanding and made sure my procedure was most comfortable. I was blown away with all the technology he had in his office it was amazing. I’ve never had a root canal done not did I want to know what it entailed. Dr. Gandhi was very careful and was always making sure that I was not feeling any pain and I was comfortable. He was very knowledge able and was able to answer all questions I had. He was able to measure me for a crown and the technology to have one made same day for me and I walked out ready to go with my permanent crown. My experience at Dr. Gandhi’s has been nothing short of extraordinary, I would recommend him and his office any day or time.

In my dental history Ive seen about 5 different dentists. Dr. Gandhi being the most recent dentist. That being said he is definitely the best dentist Ive had the pleasure of being a patient of. From the moment you walk into the office you will be amazed at what a beautiful building it is. Its so nice you actually dont mind waiting in the lounge for you to be called in. Not that there is much waiting involved whatsoever. Dr. Gandhi and his staff are very good at keeping appointments in the correct time blocks. The two visits Ive had and my countless visits my family has had, none of us have had to wait very long if at all. Besides the hospitably Dr. Gandhi is absolutely wonderful at what he does. He has all of the latest equipment available to dentists. Ive never seen any of the new equipment until I had been to his office. His work is definitely 5/5. I had my teeth cleaned, 9 cavities filled, and 2 wisdom teeth taken care of. They all went very smoothly and basically pain free. In terms of pricing Dr. Gandhi is very fair, and I actually found him cheaper than any dentist Ive visited in the past. He showed me how his staff researches each patients insurance so theyre fully aware what the insurance will cover and what not. Overall I cant think of any reason I would want to go see a 6th dentist, and I recommend him to all my family and friends.

Never knew about this place till I ran into Dr Vishal Gandhi at a restaurant after I got off work from Walgreens! First off, everyone was extremely nice and professional! Was in the market for a new dentist since I wasnt having much luck at Winfield dentistry more so the front staff. So I came in for a check up and he was able to get me in for a quick check and even scheduled me an appt in a few days due to a wisdom tooth and a decayed broken tooth extraction. Honestly I pushed it off for a few years because I was terrified from all the horror stories I have heard. Honestly I got shot up which wasnt too bad (I have had much worse from other doctors) and then he extracted my teeth... barely even felt it coming out! Definitely down to earth and genuine! As I have worked alongside medical professionals you tend to see who is genuine and who isnt especially you can tell whos in it for the money and who actually has a passion for their art! Especially he took his time with me and it wasnt a rush at all having him balance 4 patients at a time! Also I am NOT affiliated with Westgate Dentals as an employee or staff and marketing etc ! This is solely upon me and I write a lot of reviews on various Businesses! Let me know if anyone has questions!!

Wow!! I was impressed with the Atmosphere, as well as Dr.Ghandi from the first day of my appointment. He was great! very professional, personable, friendly, and humorous. He is also flexible and will set appointments at your convenience. I have never received a crown in one day, I watched him design it off of his high tech equipment and send it to another high-tech device in the office and actually watch the crown being carved right in front of me. If you cant afford certain procedures or if your insurance doesnt offer enough coverage, they do offer financing, Which worked out really well for me! Im very pleased with the work hes done thus far! Donna, the receptionist, is awesome! Shes genuinely nice, kind hearted caring lady. She even checks in on you when your getting work done. I have to mention! I had a dry socket occur, and DR. Ghandi, was willing to come back to work after hours with a special medicine, he wouldve had to pick up from the hospital, If the medicine wasnt strong enough that he had given me and I was still in a lot of pain that evening. If you need a great dentist this is the place to be!! Thank you!
