Visited this dentist the first time as an emergency visit. BTW April (commented below) this IS a real story and by all means feel free to email me if you dont believe it. Also, people do write in this tone and voice ....what else would write this besides people? Animals? Robots? Its called being educated, something you obviously are not. Take your toys and nasty attitude and get off the internet. Why someone would doubt a good review is beyond me- probably a jealous competitor! Anyway, I came in in extreme pain not know what was wrong. He determined the severe jaw pain I was having, that 2 other physicians in the Delanor emergency room couldnt figure out, was due to a tooth that needed a root canal. I had gone sought medical advice two different places; one told me I had a sinus infection, one told me I had TMJ. I had neither - it was a bad tooth. He took care of my root canal the same day, in a way that was painless (Yes, a painless root canal! Ive had teeth cleanings elsewhere that hurt more!) and very high tech equipment. Ive never seen such high tech stuff, nor experianced such a caring dentist and staff. Highly recommend coming here, I"ll be switching to this dentist permanatly.

For my money Dr. Milgram is great. Ive had 5 root canals 4 from other dentists which hurt and required several visits. Dr. Milgram completed the root canal in a single visit. We did have some issues with the making of my crown; however, I cant blame Dr. Milgram for the delay. On another occasion, I had root canal done by an incompetent dentist. The Dental association called me back to advise me of this and claimed they had a more experienced dentist available to fix the issue at no additional cost. Well the experienced dentist managed to leave a canal untouched. Now upon meeting Dr. Milgram he advised me that as an African American we some time have 3+ canals per tooth. Now the funny part, the experienced dentist was also African American and she never mentioned anything about multiple canals. Dr. Milgrams staff is extremely nice and the office is warm and inviting. I love the DVD movies on the ceiling. Great Dentist!

Dr. Milgram is not only an extremely knowledgeable and brilliant doctor he has put together THE best staff from the dental hygienist Liz to the receptionist Monica. Yes, it is possible to enjoy a routine cleaning!
