I went to Valley View Dental after chipping a tooth when my own dentist was unavailable. The reception staff were very welcoming and able to get me in quickly without an prior appointment. The X-ray technician was friendly and professional and used digital X-ray technology to quickly gather detailed images for Dr. Rhim to assess. Dr. Rhims exam was thorough, and she clearly explained what she was finding by showing me the issues on a screen displaying the x-ray images, and also taking high resolution photos of the chipped tooth using a small camera mounted on a wand. VVD clearly uses state of the art technology and I was very impressed with my visit. I would definitely recommend Dr. Rhim and the VVD staff to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I had an emergency and they got me in right away. From the reception to the actual work they were very considerate and caring. Dr. Rhim and her assistants were so gentle with me and made sure I was okay the entire procedure. The reception area was very calming which put me to ease. The exam room was clean and comfortable. They have TVS on the wall and the ceiling which helped to distract me. I have an HMO dentist (Anew Dental) that didnt even call me back after I called and called and left a message to let them know that I needed an emergency procedure. Im supposed to see them next Friday for general visit which Ill be cancelling and just Have All my dental work at Valley View Dental. Thank goodness I had another insurance.

My wife and I were referred to Valley View Dental by our insurance agent. We were very pleasantly surprised. They were professional, courteous and competent. They provided thorough explanations of all procedures, made sure we understood and were comfortable, and used all the latest technologies. Normally the oral hygienist does a lot of poking and prodding and sometimes almost drowns the patient with the rinse water. Taylor was gentle and attentive and made it a very painless experience. No one tried to push expensive procedures we didnt really need or want. It was a great experience!

We had moved away from our previous dentist and also had changed insurance company. Our insurance rep highly recommended Dr. Rhim. Teresa at the front desk was very thorough in making sure that our insurance was accepted by the dentist before scheduling appointments for my husband and me. The office is beautiful, quiet, and welcoming. Dr. Rhim, the X-ray tech, and Taylor the hygienist were knowledgeable, professional, and willing to answer questions. We are very pleased with our first visit and feel good about the new dental team that will be serving us.

Everyone is professional at Valley View. They are also very informative. I just had my cleaning and Taylor was great. She explained what she was doing, checked often as to whether I was comfortable during the cleaning and gave me tips on better dental care. My entire family goes there and were happy with them.
