Great staff and super high-tech office! Everyone is friendly, greets you by name when you walk in and treats you like family. However, for the past year they consistently contact us a day or two before our scheduled appointment to get us to change times. If this happened once in a great while I could understand it but it has been for three of us every appointment for at least a year. I dont know if they are over booking or simply trying to accomodate last minute appointments but its unacceptable. Additionally they use a system that send text messages to your phone as reminders on top of the phone calls they place. Too intrusive, keep my appoinent time and let me worry about remembering it.

Beware this location if you value your personal identity. They refused to see me unless I disclosed my full social security number, which they do not need to bill my insurance company (their initial reason given). Later they told me it was their "policy". Sorry, my policy is not to share such confidential information unnecessarily. No number, no service. Fine, my personal identity is more important to me than their "policy".

From someone who really has a problem with going to the dentist, I found those anxieties removed with the kindnesses and efficiencies expressed to me by all the staff at Dr. Hudetz clinic. They are like friends rather than just another impersonal office setting. That is important to me especially in a dental office.

Dr. Chris & Dr. Pat are outstanding in every aspect of dental care that they provide. As a patient, Ive never been happier and that is why I have all of my children now going to see them as well. I will never look to have any other dentist take care of my familys needs again.
