BEWARE!!! This dental practice is only out to make $$! If I could rate this with negative stars I would! I made an appt. for an initial visit and found it a bit strange that they didnt offer a cleaning with the first visit. Only a "consultation" with the doctor. After a 15 minute consultation with a VERY rude and condescending man I found out that I "need" a deep cleaning that required anesthesia and a periodontist. Oh yeah, and it turns out that a periodontist is right on staff. hmmmmm....isnt that convenient. The idea of a regular cleaning wasnt even entertained by the dentist because he is "so much more through" than other dentists. Yeah, right, more like he was trying to pay for all those flat screen tvs in front of every chair playing FOX news channel. :P They also made me pay my ... Oh and I ended up going to another dentist who told me my gum levels were fine so that recommended "deep cleaning" was definitely an unethical recommendation. Steer clear of this place at ALL costs!!!!

Worst dental experience ever. They lied about my insurance coverage. I wasnt sure when my waiting period was up, so the front desk girl called them to verify. Though i was only covered for cleanings at that time she told me i was clear for cleanings and minor work no major. I Said only do cavity fillings because my girlfriend works an endodontist and will take care of anything major. instead he started a root canal. Then left my tooth open causing a severe infection. I was on meds for a week and was in extreme amounts of pain. Not to mention his equipment is not up to date or at the level it should be to even be doing a root canal. They overcharged me on my bill, admitted the mistake then wouldnt refund my money. The office manager NEVER returns phone calls. And the front desk girls couldnt move any slower In turn I went to advanced dentistry off roselle road and they did an outstanding job. They understood my situation helped me get on a payment plan since root canals are not cheap and my insurance didnt cover it. Dr. Klemma is very smart and has a very nice office. Patty the front desk girl knows everyone by first name basis and does her job very well.

I went to james Economos 1year ago. I was there to get a cleaning done only. They said they didnt have time to do both cleaning and xrays. So i waited there and they saidf they didnt have time to do cleaning. james came over to me and said lets check out your mouth anyqway real quick he said. I proceeded to goto the chair and he probed around and saw a cavity..he then proceed to say I will drill this real quick partially to last you till next time. it will only take a minute..so he "partially" drilled it out..took 5 minutes and then said come back later for the rest..he then billed me my portion of $65.00 and billed my insurance for the FULL amout and then tryed collecting more $$ from me 1 week later..I refused and now he adds $30 every 3 months to the bill saying late fee..It is now up to $150..he is a scam Dentist only looking to add to his HUGE salt aquarium in his office..DONT USE HIM.. My mom also got took by him..

This place is really awesome ;) i went there for a cleaning and they did do it in my first visit.. When I first called they asked me how long it had been since my last dentist visit, so they could schedule me accordingly., They explained everything to me, from my insurance benefits of which I wasn't very familiar with, to my needed treatment. I think everyone should take care of their teeth regardless if your insurance pays For it or not.. I found out that my dental plan only covers what suits my employer's budget not what I am really in need of, I recommend this practice to my friends and family all the time.

Me and my husband, both had a very bad experience with this doctor. This dentist works with another deep cleaning dentist in same office, and direct everyone i have spoken with to him for deep cleaning. After spending $1800 and 5 visits between me and by husband, we were over billed beyond "reasonable and customary" insurance charges for everything. They also over bill for evaluation and even for shaking hand, they bill evaluation ($65-$50). The doctor himself is VERY rude and ugly looking with beard and everything. Our insurnace was fed up dealing with their billing mistakes, and we ended up paying for their mistakes.

Ive been going to this place for about 5 or 6 years now. I love it. Their staff is really nice and friendly and they always pay attention to you. The main Dr. is also nice. Sure he looks scary but he is really nice. Their prices are often a little high but they are good quality. The only thing is that from time to time they always making mistakes and I get billed for more but they always fix it right away. My whole family loves it.
