Growing up, I have had some horrible experiences with dentists. I hated visiting the dentist. Regular dentist visits were absent from my routine for many years because of the sheer hatred and borderline-traumatic experiences I had with dentists in the past. That said, I was recommended Smiles of Naperville during a 2:00 am 1-800-Dentist call. They were one of the only dentists who were able to take me with absolutely no notice. I thought I was going in for emergency relief from an erupted wisdom tooth, but I actually walked away with a permanent dentist and a renewed trust for dentists in general. First off, let me just say that Smiles of Naperville has some of the kindest, most sociable office staff members I have ever experienced in the medical field. They are awesome. The receptionists are so kind and comforting. They all talk to you with a genuine care, not a forced-obligatory shallowness. In fact, my interactions with that staff have been SO awesome that I actually enjoy visiting the office. In addition, the dentists and hygienists themselves are very reassuring and kind. Where dentists and hygienists the past have come across as judgmental and disappointed during routine visits, the staff at Smiles is the opposite. Based on the way they talk to me and address my concerns, I can tell that they genuinely care about me as a person and love their field of work. I knew this office was supposed to repair and maintain smiles, but who would have thought they actually create the smiles, too (corny, but I dont care - I love these people). I was a lapsed dental patient. I really didnt care what was going on with my teeth as long as I didnt experience pain. I was too ashamed and afraid to visit any dentists. I am so thankful that an emergency pushed me into such an awesome office. This staff is incredible, and if they happen to be in your insurance network or neighborhood, you wont be disappointed if you pay them a visit. Thank you Smiles of Naperville!

Going to the Dentist has always given me anxiety, what can I say its just something I never liked and they are one of the least favorite of mine in the health field. Smiles of Naperville has changed my outlook on dentistry. They are all so welcoming and caring. The assistants, doctors and psrs up front are great. They make sure you are comfortable and very tentative. Honestly, Dr. Arora Pinky saved my life truly I had a cracked tooth for over a year that grew an abscess with infection and never knew until I just was feeling well it was unexplainable my body felt ill, headaches, heart racing at times just over all not myself and very fatigued. I couldnt figure out what it could be! So I decided to to make a dentist appt per my PCP. After 2 rounds of abx, little pain medication and start of root canal I am feeling much better (besides some normal aching/pain of tooth). See what most of us dont know is our teeth are connected to our health. Bad teeth can cause so many bad health issues without knowing. See I could of let this go and worse case have gotten sepsis (blood infection) which is fatal (death), brain abscess, infection around the heart. My point is there are amazing Dentist out here who truly care and have compassion for people, please get your routine check ups and cleaning. Smiles of Naperville thank you for going above and beyond in your profession and keep up the amazing job. You make a difference in a world full of people who dont kudos to your office. Be blessed!

Im surprised it never crossed my mind to write a online review sooner about Smiles of Naperville. It was probably due to not really liking or caring for the dentist in the first place! lol... but as overall health maintenance I know the importance to come twice a year. I have been a patient for over 3 years and never had any problems. Nicole who is no longer there, and currently Felicita are the only two hygienists that I have build a rapport with and grew to trust to perform my cleanings and additional services through the years. Neither of them have ever hurt me, and they both provide me as their patient a sense of security to ease any fear or discomfort. Dr. Prasad is a wonderful doctor as well, and performed my crown on my front tooth perfectly making it a seamless process. I have referred a few people including my Mother and Husband who have also been to Smiles of Naperville. Although the staff has went through some turn-over I hope Felicita stays, because if she leaves I leave lol...

From the moment you walk in , you are treated like family. My husband first went there to have a tooth removed and he said it didnt even hurt. Second time we went again bc he needed 2 teeth removed and he had the same treatment. So when our son needed to go to the dentist for a tooth, I knew exactly where I wanted to take him. I wasted so many years taking him to a different place and he hated going every time. He was always so scared and knew it was going to hurt. So when I took him to Smiles of Naperville, I knew he was in good hands. They took their time to make him feel comfortable. They told him what was going to happen and everything that was going on. He calmed down and they had to pull a tooth. He was ok the whole way home and then rest of the day. The next day he said there was a little pain but not bad. And his sisters asked him about the dentist and he had nothing but good things to say. The whole family is going here now. Love Smiles of Naperville so much.

Well wow. Where do I start. These guys went crown crazy on me putting in 3 crowns at once. The worst part is they said they would call me when they were ready so fast forward 2 months later I finally get in to put them on and they dont fit because my teeth have moved.. So another 2 weeks and Im back getting them on. After 2 hours they finally get them on and I go to bite down and it feels like Im chewing on boulders. Of course they dont have time to adjust them so they want me to come back the next week. Yeah no.. And it gets worse. With in 12 months of getting these 400 dollar crowns I end up having to get root canals on two of them because of decay under the crown. I mean what the hell are these doctors doing? So on top of the three 400 dollar crowns that never fit right I paid out another 2 grand in root canal surgery to fix the mess they left behind. Save yourself 3200 bucks and Go to doctor Anderson in downtown Naperville, he actually knows what he is doing.

I was very scared in the beginning to find another dentist because I haven;t had any luck with finding a good dentist and I needed to see a dentist very badly. I called 1-800 dentist and they gave me the name of Smiles of Naperville and I made an appointment and when I got there everyone was so friendly and helpful and made me feel comfortable. I never experienced this before in a dentist office. When I got called back to see the dentist my nerves kicked in and after talking to the dentist all I can is he was wonderful. He understood how scared I was but he was so gentle and explained everything to me I was instantly put at ease. If you are looking for a great dentist with a great staff do not hesitate and call the Smiles of Naperville. What are you waiting for? Call and make your appointment today. I wont go to anyone else now that I have found Dr. Prasad. I highly recommend Smiles of Naperville for all your dental needs.
