The amazing experience started as soon as I walked in the door. The ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly as they seemed genuinely happy that I was in their office. The entire staff was outgoing and cordial in all areas of my visit. They educated me throughout my entire appointment and always explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. Everyone in the office was a perfect balance of professional and fun. They were very easy to work with in regards to schedule appointments and even introduced me to a payment plan option. They are also technologically advanced with appointment reminders via text and an up-to-date modern website that is full of visuals to help you understand different procedures and how everything works!! I truly was distracted during my appointment and left feeling good about everything that I had learned! Dr. Masseys office at Massey Family Dentistry is definitely not your stereotypical dental office and Im actually not dreading having to go back (despite having to have my cavities filled!).

i appreciate the dental care and detail given to preparing the tooth for the permanent crown for the tooth. i believe that more effort should be made to use a mouth guard that will not provide discomfort to the patient. just pulling on the cheek is painful and inserting a "cord" around a tooth should not be done unless more anesthetic is given at the beginning of this part of of the preparation. plus additional anesthetic did not touch the area of the extreme discomfort.. when i was treated by dr. sahni he did have placed in my mouth a guard that held my mouth open and no discomfort was caused as i experienced last tuesday.

The hygienists, staff and Dr. Massey are kind and provide good descriptions of everything they are planning for each appointment. I have been described as a troublesome patient in the past (yes, I peeked at my old chart). But I never feel like Im exasperating anyone in Dr. Masseys office. They always calm me down. Priceless. Thank you, ladies and gentleman at Massey Family for dealing with me so kindly.

Dr. Massey and his staff made our kids dental appointments stress/tear-free. Everyone took the time to answer their questions and explain what they were doing before each step. This made the kids feel at ease and they left with smiles on their faces! Highly recommend to anyone looking for an office with a personal touch.

Very helpful and got me in on an emergency basis. Helped me get an appointment to an oral surgeon right away. Explained procedures and cost to me so I could make my decision. The staff and Dr. Michael are very personable and make you feel comfortable for regular appointments and emergency appointments.
