want to say thank you to Dr Shairoz Fazal. who was so helpful and took a great deal of time to ensure an excellent service at Pearle Vision at 680 S. Route 59, Naperville, IL. I was on a brief visit to Naperville when my glasses were broken and had no spare glasses to use. I explained to Dr. Fazal my predicament and she put a great effort in finding a frame that aligns with my old frame and lenses. Considering the amount of time she went to painstakingly ensure that I have glasses to use. Talk about excellent service and this is exactly what I had.

Made a phone call here for a friend wanting to know if they accepted her insurance and got told "go call the number on the back of your card. Calling ahead to ask if we accept your insurance is an odd request." Granted, this might be asking a bit much if someone cant even be bothered to shut down whatever is on their computer and you know, do your job by looking up whether it is accepted or not. Dont worry - Ill be telling my friend to go elsewhere. If thats how they talk to people on the phone Id hate to see what they do in person.

PLEASE DONT GO HERE! The "Doc" is extremely rude and demeaning and the products are cheap! My $400 glasses are scratched BECAUSE of the anti-scratch/anti-glare crap they charged me way too much money for and they broke right down the middle like Poindexter!(I submitted a pic with this review). But despite the cheap product... The Doctor (and I use the term loosely) Dr. Charles Dunning is a bully, please dont go and make the same mistake I did! Run, dont walk to the next eye doc!

We dont live near this location but because of the exceptional customer service we receive by the entire staff, it is well worth the drive! The facility is very clean and organized and we are always given a warm welcoming. Entire staff is very knowledgeable and attentive to customers questions and concerns. Just feel comfortable each and every time!

pleasant staff Doc is knowledgable and takes the time to really understand what you need. In my case I am 45 and close up vision keeps changing. He is helping me thorugh this very well.
